Worst rated Bus tour agencies in Brazil

😠 Terrible. rubbish. I bought a bed ticket for 12:30 leaving from Campinas to Curitiba. The bus from Util, an obsolete outsourced company, arrived 1 hour and 20 hours late. Dirty bus, filthy bathroom, lack of respect, no one helps you, thieves, bums.

😠 Despite the price being more affordable, neither the bus nor the driver met expectations. Buses could have better appearance/maintenance and there was a lack of profile for bus drivers (posture, behavior, care...), especially when transporting children.

😠 Service at the Belo Horizonte branch is TERRIBLE, they don't answer the phone available on the website to request collection. 😠 For this company to become bad, it has to improve a lot. Absurd delay, no one knows anything at the counters. Closing this company would be the best solution.

😠 Uma empresa que não esta nem ai para seus usuários. Faço viagens a mais de 5 anos de Brasilia, Goiânia e vice e versa, e nos últimos anos a empresa vem piorando muito. Ônibus velhos, cadeiras quebradas e o pior de todos, FUNCIONÁRIOS MAL EDUCADOS. Totalmente indignada com essa empresa.
