I
booked
an
appointment
for
my
daughter
(7
yrs
old)and
I
over
the
phone.
I
informed
them
that
my
daughter
has
thick
curly
hair
and
I
have
fine
curly
hair.
They
said
okay
and
booked
us
an
appointment
for
the
following
day.
I
arrived
to
our
appointment
and
the
person
at
the
cash
(manager)
informed
me
to
sit
and
wait
until
the
hair
stylist
is
done
with
her
customer.
She
also
told
me
the
price
for
our
hair
type.
We
sat
down
and
waited
for
30-35
minutes.
The
manager
then
informs
me
that
the
stylist
is
not
comfortable
with
“our
hair
type”
and
that
they
won’t
be
able
to
do
our
hair.
Mind
you,
they
booked
us
an
appointment
knowing
“our
hair
texture”
and
made
us
wait
for
over
30
minutes.
They
told
me
in-front
of
my
daughter
that
they
are
not
comfortable
with
our
hair-
“textured
hair”in
front
of
other
customers.
They
offered
no
alternatives..
They
were
extremely
rude
and
racist.
IF
YOU
HAVE
TEXTURED
HAIR
DON’T
GO
THERE
-
they
will
tell
you
they
are
not
comfortable
in
handling
your
hair.
I
will
never
step
my
feet
in
that
store.
Go
somewhere
where
they
will
appreciate
you
as
a
customer.
They
don’t
even
deserve
the
1
star
I
gave
them.
I
had
no
choice
in
selecting
that
as
otherwise
it
will
not
let
me
post.
