One of the worst Thai expresses. Bought 2 BASIL fried rices and one was made with pineapples (really angry! what if someone was allergic) The beef one was so bland no taste of sauces. Paid extra for broccoli and carrots and it was only carrots and broccoli. There was like 2 pieces of beef. Such a disappointment because we wanted to taste something good after being home for 2 months. You can probably see how light is the rice’s colour. Oh i also asked for extra spicy. It was like eating marmalade and rice.

English will follow for the manager who dosen't respect law 101 of Quebec and told me on the phone 3 times in a row that "my english is not very good" when I try to ask him an important question about a covid19 contamination that occurs. A huge lack of respect from his part. Please be kind with your customers I contracted Covid19 just 2 days after me and my friend got to this Thai Express which is not sanitary at all by the way and we both develop symptoms. It was the only place we were going together so we pretty sure know it was there. Plus, the employee who served ous dosen't sanitizr his hands before touchong food and plates and wasn't feeling well that day. Manager should have anwser my preoccupations with respect not laughing at my english. La boof est quand même bonne, cependant, à chaque fois j'ai été à cet endroit dans les 3 dernières années, j'ai dû être forcé de me faire servir en ANGLAIS seulement. The food is quite good however, each time I went there in the past 3 years, I was forced to be served only in ENGLISH. No bilingual service... whatever happy new year to thise who get covid19 from this place

Ate from this location last night only to get extreme food poisoning. I have been pucking with diharreah and weakness since 9pm last night. Had to go to the ER where i waited hours in agony! Please dont eat from here...

Rude Manager and he was making fun of people who show SPC card. Not professional at all. Food tasted very average compared to les promenade mall Branch.

I thought I ordered my pad Thai with no eggs and didn't realize till I got home but when I called back they were so nice and remade it for me. I actually love this Thai Express location so much since they're always super nice but especially this last time they were super sweet! Great job!!!!

I just ordered 2 general thai using a coupon that you deliver to all addresses in the area. The person who took the coupon is the same.one who did my order. It was all rice barely 4 chicken. I am really dispaointed .. i.will never visit this place anymore. If you want to treat your customers this way when they use coupon why you send us coupons to our address. Plus when we use coupon we are still paying money. I paid 25$ this is really uneccaptable paying 25$ to eat rice

Updated review! April 2021 (see the older review below): gave it another try (3 times a charm!) because my boyfriend insisted, I was hangry so I caved it. I’m glad I did! Their found really improved, it was really good, no funny taste, was fresh, we all loved our dish. It did taste like pad Thai, yay you! You got it!! 😁 This was my original review in 2020, along with a one star grade: « Beurk. So the business wrote me here so I email them with my comments. Here they are: Im a huge Thai food lover and accept there are many range of flavours in one type of cuisine. Alright. Had a pad Thai, did not taste anything like a pad Thai. And the beef dish was even worst. This was my second visit even though I didn’t like it the first time I thought it was maybe just a one time deal, but my food had a funny taste, like I should not be Eating this and I even threw it away. And I never threw food away ever, not even if it’s expired. «

Each time I come here I'm disapointed, either it's not what I ordered or the taste is not the same as other Thai Express. Returned my tom yum soups, the broth was far from being red, looked and tasted like water with a small amount of lemongrass. They do not put tomatoes as advertised because they dont have them. They dont seem to care about their customers. Im surprised they are still in business. Love the one in Place du Centre.

The food tastes different and almost no sauce. Each time I am disappointed.

Food does not taste same as other Thai exp location. Very ordinary.
