Venue is in a rectangular meeting room in the basement of the Marriott Hotel. Enter through the lobby. Pre-show music was a bit strange. We didn’t drink but pricing was affordable. Tables were small and seating was somewhat cramped. The crowd was good. Most people enjoyed themselves. The comics were mostly pretty funny. We laughed a lot. It was a fun, but if the space was bigger and more accessible it would have been more enjoyable. The comics even remarked about the small room and stage. We would probably come back.

Overall it was a good night, with good laughs. However, the venue was awful. It was inside a meeting / conference room of a hotel. The seats were close together with only a few tables. The comics had a bright blue light in their face, their backs against the wall, and an arm length from audience members. Every comic that went up was profusely sweating. Drinks were only served outside the room, so it was hard to leave in between sets to get a beverage. I wouldn't reccomend, unless they change the venue.

Drunken hecklers from Vanier assulted the headliner. He completed the set. Super weird night, but I will be returning. Great job by the staff, too bad things escalated the way they did.

The comics were absolutely awesome!! The location was ok but the cost of drinks was INSANE! $10 for a bottle of beer or $31 for a pitcher of FLAT Keith's is just unacceptable. Would love to see the comics again, but hopefully at a different location.

Far superior location compared to the dank smelly basement on Elgin St! Fully wheelchair accessible with convenient washrooms.  At first it does seem odd to have a comedy club in a hotel conference room, but I'm glad they moved and hope they stay!

Much better than old location. Spacious space and better ambiance. Although located in the basement, they do make sure the ventilation is good.

Great space, really nice staff & great food. Only complaint is the alcohol. Please look into revamping your bar rail with some higher-end liquor.

Enjoyed the show! We laughed until we cried! I did want to ask if they would offer coffee on the menu for those of us DD's or non drinkers please 😊

The staff are vultures for selling food and drinks. Order food, ask for water because I'm driving, she says "you can order a bottle of water" while I'm staring at the bar with full capability of providing a glass of ice water. Vultures.

Had a great time. Nice simple menu options for food and drink before and during the show. 4 great comedians with thoroughly entertaining material throughout the night. Wasn't sure what to expect, but was a great night out. Recommend for adults of all ages.

Always a great time at yuk yuks. Great staff. Amazing atmosphere. Great line ups for comedian acts. Our most recent was Tom Green!

Had a great time. Really like the west end location. Much more spacious and staff was accommodating.

An excellent comedy club, professionally run and totally tailored for laughter. They book the best acts, and look after their comedians, staff, and guests well. Had an awesome time performing here. Thank Yuk Yuks

Attended a performance recently where one act displayed clear racism and targeting. The comedian singled out the 'Indians' in the audience, demonstrating lack of any cultural intelligence and then attempting to absolve himself of racism before abruptly concluding the act and leaving the event. Upon reporting the incident to the organizer/promoter, a well-known public figure in the community, my complaint was met with a disrespectful 'heart' emoji as their initial reaction. Subsequent attempts to clarify and provide details about the comedian's inappropriate act were met with a dismissive response, expressing mere regret. The responses appears to reflect a form of white fragility at its height.

Love this place!! Such a great evening once again! Ron James was awesome! Cannot say enough about Erin! She is amazing and we love her!! She is one of the reasons we keep coming back! Thanks again for a great night!

We arrived without reservations and they went to the effort to find us additional seats. We had a great time. It's in the Marriott and you can park there after 6 for $5.

Best club in the city !! So good and the perfect comedy club feel

Very cozy club! Definitely arrive early so you get good seats (unless you want to end up in the front row, daring!). The kitchen is the same one Hoolies uses so the food is really good pub food.

Difficult to find but they are relocating! Small, intimate venue, drink service, was a nice evening out!

Meh… the comedians were okay. The headliner was good until he started looking at his watch. Just sore the crowd that part. Jack. The atmosphere is super lame. Like someone’s living room apartment. Makes Ottawa even more lame.

It a tiny ballroom with bad ventilation, 3/4 of the comedians told boomer mariage jokes, but that's kinda on us for not looking who was performing thag night...

Had such an amazing night!! We ate at Biagio’s and then went to Yuk Yuks. The size of the locale is perfect - larger enough for infectious laughter but small enough for it to feel intimate. There were four acts in total and the headliner, Derek Seguin, had us breathless and in tears we were laughing so hard! Melanie, opener and host, was so good too. Everyone working at Yuk Yuk’s was so friendly and welcoming, especially the doorman and Erin, who was our server. Highly recommend as a great night out in Ottawa!! (Notes for accessibility: it is in a basement with a fairly steep staircase, and bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible.) LGBTQIA+ welcoming.

Saw Tom Green here and it was alright. Tom was great of course but this was our first time here. Small crowded space, basically rubbing legs with the person on both sides of you. Parking is brutal so go early to your show.

Love the team and comics but I don't like the new location. There is no ambiance, the drinks sucks and no food available. Hope they find a new location. We miss our old dive bar with the best drinks and food while watching our fav comics.

Definitely the best club around. Great food and drinks. good central location with ample parking and close to transit. Yuk Yuk's books some of the best acts and constantly provides opportunities for new talent both locally and throughout Canada. Coming to this club gives you the opportunity to see the best BEFORE they become the best.

We went to the comedy show inside the Marriott Hotel downtown. It’s a little hard to find at first but once you get there it’s a great time. The staff are amazing, the comedians are hilarious and overall a good time is to be bad. It was a great spot for a day night and the comedy was great - especially for such a fair price. We will be returning for sure!

Great shows, great service, the only thing they have to work on is the toilets, they should be cleaned more often.

Had a great night here. The was a great variety in the line-up of comics, so something for everyone. Tried a few of the snacks, which were fine. Staff is friendly.
