Typical Swedish pizza restaurant, The entrance of Krikor restaurant is not so promising but the inside is some how better. During lunch time 11:00 to 14:00 Salad buffe, butter bread, soft drink and coffee is included in the price. The salad buffe has fairly good options. The pizza itself was fine (I wasn't expecting any better anyway) and the price ranged from 60 to 80 SEK

Got into Älmhult for a work trip and on a Sunday, not much was open by the time I was here. I walked around town and did some searching. After a LOT of walking back and forth in a small area, I settle on Krikor Pizzeria. Large menu, but the first challenge was no English version. The guy at the counter was friendly, so I took a paper menu and sat down with Google Translate. I had an idea of what I was looking for from some online pics. Found the Kebab Special pizza. Went to order and they asked if I wanted “mild, medium, or spicy sauce.” No idea what to expect so I went for medium. Only about a 10 minute wait and I was out the door with a “personal” pizza. Went to the hotel and popped it open; LOADED with French fries, kebab meat, and “sauce” plus I think some tomato sauce on the bottom, then a thin crust (nice). Pizza was delicious. No idea what the sauce was, and I’m usually a bit hesitant on unfamiliar sauces. It was about 12in/30cm. If it was a regular, plain pie, it wouldn’t have been too bad, but this was so loaded that it was really filling.

Sauce adds taste

Really good restaurant! The pizza is good (very big, you can see that I packed ⅓ home), and you can have free salad 🥗 when you eat here. There is a menu from Monday-Friday where you get free drinks (Coffee included), but only at lunch time. Unfortunately I could not come at working days so didn’t try the menu. I certainly recommend this restaurant if U are hungry 🤤 !
