I'm
gonna
be
completely
honest
here
-
everything
was
perfect
(the
food,
the
atmosphere,
the
service
etc),
until
the
bill
came,
and
the
waiter
showed
me
the
bill
and
told
me
that
was
the
amount,
but
then
I
could
type
in
any
number
I
wanted
to
pay
(basically
implying
for
us
to
tip
him).
We
are
clearly
foreigners
(Asians),
and
I
was
slightly
taken
aback
because
I
had
not
experienced
this
so
far
in
our
trip
here
in
Norway,
nor
did
I
think
Norway
was
a
country
that
asked
for
tips.
So
I
felt
like
he
might
have
thought
that
we
are
Americans
and
tried
asking
for
me
to
tip
him.
I
did
anyway,
because
I
felt
obliged
to,
but
it
def
ruined
the
otherwise
amazing
experience
we
had
there
for
lunch.
