This shop in downtown Alesund has a fantastic spread of ice creams and all tastes are awesome. The staff is extremely polite and customer friendly. The store is beautifully designed and is clean. We were served well and overall experience was outstanding. Do try the Strawberry Ice Cream and Waffles. I'll surely visit next time I'm in Alesund.

Yum, Yum, YUMMY, Yum Yum! It didn’t matter to us that it was only 15 degrees C our, we were determined to try this ice cream. The line was long, but moved quickly and was 1000% the wait. They make their own waffles cones on site and have a wonderful selection of gelato and sherbets. Everything was perfect! I wish we were locals so we could go back!

We got ice cream here after finishing the viewpoint hike. They had an amazing banana flavored ice cream that I loved. My boyfriend liked the purple yam? And honey comb ice creams. We didn't get a chance to try the mango one everyone raves about. The flavor selection changes daily, because we went back to back and the banana flavor was gone 🥲 very cute little shop

Lamella serves some of the best ice-cream I’ve ever had. My husband and I liked it so much that we came twice in one day. My favourites were coffee and blood orange, while my husband liked the coffee one and the soft-served ice-cream with chocolate powder topping. The owner was very friendly and fun to talk to. If we’re ever in Ålesund, we will definitely be back here!

We were in the city for one day in a cruise. We came accros this ice cream place that had such great reviews we had to give it a try ! It was GREAT ! The cones are made in front of you, and the ice creams are tasty !
