I was very well advised and above all the seller, Mr. Cardoso, transferred all my professional files from my old one to the new one, and reinstalled Word 7, Wi-Fi, Open Bord, Gmail etc. quickly with lots of care and professionalism. I do not recommend for the bathroom/kitchen section although some equipment is nice. Unprofessional and uninterested staff looking down on customer and unwilling to help. We will go to another Fust shop or online although we live in Versoix. Btw, the electronic section has very good service.

I placed an order online for a coffee machine, I sent my daughter to pick up my order. It was very poorly received, an unpleasant salesman who I think must have changed jobs because the store was empty so it took time for me to find a solution. I had the misfortune to forget in my selected order the free coffee offered with the machine, response from the seller no possibility of modification finally nothing want to do to satisfy and satisfy the customer what a shame. I have been in sales for 34 years I don't understand this behavior. Finally we went to FUST CHAVANNE where the welcome was perfect. The seller took the time to find the solution for us, despite a store with a lot of people. A big thank you to him and his colleague.

I wanted to buy Playstation 5 games there, I did not find any. I tried to call the shop beforehand to make sure I didn't go there for nothing, but nobody answered. Still a good shop for home appliance.

No worries with Fust Versoix. On the other hand, after buying a TV there less than a year ago, I had to send it in for repairs for a major image defect (under warranty). So far, a little disturbing, but not too serious. The problem is that it has now been three months since the TV went in for repair. I have still not received a replacement TV and even less explanation on the image defect... the after-sales service passes the buck, between different services, but no one is able to explain to me what 'it happens.... The after-sales service was supposed to call me back but I never heard back, despite my numerous calls. The management of my file is just catastrophic. What to do?
