Having
lived
a
sedentary
life
for
the
last
10
years,
I
felt
at
28
that
my
body
was
already
giving
up
(lower
back
problems,
no
strength,
couldn’t
go
on
walks
without
panting
like
I
run
a
marathon,
etc)
I
came
in
tired,
scared
and
didn’t
trust
my
body
or
my
mind
anymore.
Lee
helped
me
develop
a
better
relationship
with
working
out
coming
from
love
and
enthusiasm
rather
than
a
chore
to
do.
He
helped
push
boundaries
and
trust
myself
more
and
more
week
after
week.

also

I
made

I

have

and
not

180
degrees
with
my

(both
in

form
but
also
building
better
immunity),
my
lifestyle
changed
and
became
more
active
(even
little
things
like
taking
the
stairs
instead
of
escalators).
My
journey
in
nutrition
as
well,
more
aware
of
what
I
eat
and
how
it
can
strengthen
or
weaken
my
energy
levels.
More
importantly
for
me,
I
trust
my
body
and
myself
again.
