A very good homemade cheese. From mild to well-spiced cheese, everything is included. The quality is great and there is nothing wrong with the prices, especially because they are organic products. In the shop you can also buy products from selected organic brands, chilled drinks, ice cream (which is produced in cooperation with a local manufacturer) and small gifts such as postcards. Homemade Kässpatzen are also sold on certain days of the week. There are also seating areas both inside and outside. A rack for bicycles and sufficient parking spaces are available. The cheese is made on site and you can watch it being made through a window in the sales room.

We took a guided tour today, about 1 hour, very interesting and informative, followed by a small cheese tasting. If you are in the area and are interested in cheese, it is worth a visit. Please inquire in advance about the dates for the tour.

A visit to the Wiggensbach show dairy is always worth it; we were there in December 2023 with a tour group from Reisewelt Neuhof. We were able to see how the cheese is made and taste different types of cheese. You can also buy the cheese at a reasonable price in the local store.

The two of us stood at the trade fair stand and wanted to try and buy cheese. Unfortunately, only my companion was offered cheese to try. As a woman, you are ignored by this gentleman from the Allgäu. When my companion kindly asked if he didn't want to offer me cheese, some excuses came up: he didn't know if I had allergies or even wanted raw milk cheese. This gentleman is best at home in his cheese factory without any customer contact, but not at a trade fair. I then bought my cheese from a cheese dairy in Oberstdorf that had a stand around the corner.

Great cheese, but you can save yourself the tour! You can see very little, unfortunately, although announced, there was no cheese to taste, as two cheese boards are not enough for 100 guests.
