place
is
tastefully
designed
and
the
concept
is
good.
The
plantation
and
Bamboo
theme
looks
refreshing.
The
food
is
good.
#Soya
champ
Tikka
Achari
was
good,
#Stuffed
Naan
with
gravy
is
also
nice
and
#Cigar
Rolls
were
also
worth
it.
What
is
missing
is
skilled
and
trained
sevice
staff.
Seems
they
outsource
sevice
staff
as
per
requirement.
The
smiles
are
Missing
on
the
faces
of
service
staff,
they
seem
overburdened,
none
of
them
seems
happy
with
their
work.
Moreover
they
lack
basic
training
that's
required
in
service
industry.
Thse
dishes
arrived
before
the
places
and
cutlery.
French
fries
were
served
without
ketchup
and
sauce
and
when
ketchup
was
given
they
put
5-6
pouches
in
a
bowl
and
put
them
on
the
table
like
a
fast
food
does.
The
management
and
seniors
seem
overhappy
with
the
overhyped
response
in
the
beginning
and
don't
have
an
idea
about
training
the
staff
about
basics.
The
operations
and
management
need
to
pull
up
their
socks
as
the
initial
hype
is
gonna
die
sooner
or
later
and
ultimately
the
prices
will
have
to
match
the
service
quality
