One of the wrost hotel i have seen in my life. I have booked room through oyo due to exam, no information given by oyo or hotel that there is no tieup between them but they accpt my booking. When i arrive there they say sry sir we have no tie up with oyo. Then after long discussion i request them to allot room there because there was no hotel available in the range(5km) of exam, then after they say sry no rooms are empty.. What is this nonsense yr? People came from other state having problems like this is not be tolerated. I recommended to stay nearby malgudi fort dhaba... They are not tie up with any online platform but they give best service than this bloodyhell hotel 👿👿 no star h ye hotel... -10000/10

Pros :) :) Good that you have a (budget) hotel in such a remote location. :) Hotel Area is quite large, lavish, has good amount of trees planted for marriage lawns (moderate). Cons :( :( Pathetic Service, untrained staff, not at all confirming to OYO standards (No drinking water provided, no proper breakfast, very delayed service, no telecom to connect to reception, managers never present on the reception to attend customer complaints). :( Staff needs to be reminded daily for dry taps. Suggestions : If you are claiming your hotel as an OYO hotel, please maintain those standards by providing proper service.

They don't attend you very well. One cup tea = 50 rs, when u ask for tea they will make a receipt first and then tell you the price, but now you cannot cancel the order bcos the slip was already generated. I am giving two stars bcos poor room service and hotel management... If you want something you have to get it by yourself, i asked them to bring drinking water to my room, after 2 hours I have to came down to reception and take water by myself.

1. Rooms are good. 2. House keeping is poor. 2. Geysers not working in the rooms i stayed. 3. Receptionist was wise and helpful.

hotel is big but lack facilities, no body remains in the hotel to attend you...no body will receive your calls at the reception, you will be welcomed with old bedsheets, torn blankets and more...

Loved the service and staff was so cooperative

Only The Problem Is Call Connection, Otherwise Everything Is Alright. Comfortable Stay And Value For Money
