In regular days Service and ambience is good and this restaurant is large and pizzas taste decent and not much variety of salads and pasta and when it comes to any festive days everything change. My service experience was worse, they have large staff and large sitting place but they are unable to mange large croud means most of the counters were empty whenever I go there. In short they definitely need to improve a lot. Pizza buffet in Maruti Solaris is a lot better than octant pizza 🍕.

Excellent experience at Octant Pizza Shaan Mall, and we had a wonderful time. The service was awesome. The staff was very polite and friendly. The food was delicious.

I went there alone just to checkout the pizzeria and stuff. I really liked the ambience and the decorations and all. Food was great as well. But the service was really worse. I mean I went for starters no one was there ate the counter. They had to be called oit. Also the waiters gave very late service. Pizza tatse was same only. Vo baroda wala feel nai aaya

services are dreadful and every pizza quality are something like rotten except garlik bread and all types sandwitches are highly decayed at anand. Not recommened at all due to inadeaquate response. Even on comlain,we are left unattaended and answer bit not satiasfied.
