Worst place ever..... Filthy bathrooms..... Low space rooms.... Useless watchmen..... In monsoon, water is filled all over ground floor... Drainage system is also bad.. water does not come after 6pm till 10am in morning. Toilets are also bad and dirty. Room cleaner comes once in a week and also doens't cleans the room at all. In winter, hot water doesn't comes through tap. Rector is also seen here occasionally. During certain problems like in monsoon, no one is seen here. Power cuts are also quite on daily basis. Very useless place to live ... Students also hate to live here

The best and oldest hostel of Vidyanagar, have options for attached or shared bathroom priced at 21k and 16k respective. Great to kick start your first year at BVM by creating network of new friends.

The infrastructure is not that great when compared to other hostels. There is problem of clean water. The bathrooms are mostly soiled. I mean, there is no sweeper for the bathrooms. The rooms are not that spacious. They don't even give a proper mattress. There are different blocks named A block, B block and C block. However, they are all same except for the price difference in fees. The infrastructure is mostly the same and it's awful. However, the prices are cheap and there are no cases of ragging. You also get wifi free IF you have a laptop. So, it is does provide a livable environment. But, there are other hostels around and hence, people have better options if they can afford to spend just a LITTLE more. (If they spend 5-7000INR more a year, they can get better living options.)

Though lack of some facilities but hostel life is crazy and also one can make great harmony for educative purposes cause its bvm's own hostel,and we know that bvmites are always an ingenious.

It is good place for staying and near to be market and near a garden .
