Had bought a tv and set up box. Delivery was quick but installation is taking longer. Setup box is not delivered yet or no idea when it will. Unable to find a contact number of showroom too. Registered number is going to automated response and disconnected. Such a hassle. Just selling and delivering doesn’t finish your job. Post sales service is something you still have a lot to improve on. Update: they got in touch with me and got it resolved. Service is good. Only problem is communication and could be better. But otherwise service was good. Hence, updating the rating.

I purchased samsung freeze on 26-01-19. Bajajfinserve assured to give me ₹ 7000 vouchers. But till date I do not receive it. 2-3 times I remind. But all in vain. Mr. Kali assured me to resolve this problem after 12 nov 21. Please look in the matter and oblige. Thanking you.

Don't recommend going to this place. They want cash. Don't accept all the credit cards, plus they charge the transaction fees. Spams your phone number with tons of text messages. No human coordination on delivery. Poor communication on when an item will be delivered.
