Well organised and equipped, no much waiting after placing order and food is also prepared fresh and tasty. Hygiene is also maintained. 👍

It's a nice place to have continental meal. The food quality they serve is nice. One thing that I disliked about their service is that If you are going in a group of 3 or 4, they want you to finish your meal quickly, because they want other customers to occupy your table as soon as possible. They serve you finger-bowl even though you are still eating. And they present you the bill even though one person from your group is stll eating. Such a down put manner they have developed just to get couple of more customers.

Extremely Rude & Unprofessional Manager with arrogant attitude Last night I went to have dinner with my family the managers first question was have you come to EAT food? Instead or greeting or welcoming this was his question. Very logical people come to eat food in resturant. Manager wasn't at all welcoming and had a bad attitude. Extremely Rude and Unprofessional Manager. No Ethics at all. We just walked out. People go to resturant to eat food but the manager was so arrogant and had no manners to greet the customers. We walked out. Never ever going to Alpha again!!!!

Very good arrangement and service of the staff for the birthday party. Happy with service provided. Timely food, good quality along with good quantity with affordable price. Proper hygiene maintained, all staff followed Vivid protocols. Will strongly recommend to visit... You will love the food and service.

I was here for diner,in August 2022, Is located on main road of Ananad Vidyanagar road. Vehicle parking on road😒 It was rainy season,hole road was mudy and badly smell of cow.......it's biggest problem any where in Anand,it's spoil charm of city. Food i had spl.paneer sabji,but it was not test as it Sai spl. Staff is good,price is ok Only city needs improvement cow free for bad smell,

food was okay but the naan had zero cheese however I ordered cheese garlic naan and I got only garlic naan the talk over the phone with restaurant was not good he kept repeating things and furthermore he told us to come in person and change the order if we can come then we would've picked up from the restaurant only so very bad experience
