Salespersons need to attend to customers with an open mind. The minute a 'lesser' budget is mentioned, they lose sight of a potential sale. Otherwise, sufficient display of products. Price tags could be displayed more clearly.

Disappointing Experience at Titan Watch Showroom I recently visited the Titan Watch showroom, hoping to find a timepiece within my limited budget. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired, prompting me to give it a 1-star rating The employees' behavior was disappointingly rude. Despite being a potential customer, it felt like my limited budget made me unworthy of their attention. They showed little interest in assisting me or showcasing any watches. It's disheartening to see a lack of customer focus, especially from a brand that has likely prospered over the years I believe every customer, regardless of budget, deserves respectful treatment and attention. My visit to the Titan Watch showroom left me with a negative impression, and I hope they reconsider their approach to customer service for the sake of potential customers like myself

Good place to buy and repair/ Service of Titan watches. I found it's costly. There is no seating arrangement, so difficult for visit of Senior citizen.

The staff behaves very badly and the staff does not give any answer at the same time they do not ask anything and do not give any answer to the people. so i request don't buy watch in anand titan showroom.

I want to buy stock I reached there 7:45 pm i just entered inside the store and look around but employees said they closed at 8:00pm and they tuned off all lights and no one helps us to choose They don’t want a business I never go back this location So poor service

Staff guys are polite, but for repair work titan takes too much time. I was wanted to change the belt of my wrist watch, I have been informed that it will take 15 or more days to get the same belt from titan.

Not so good, as it should be.. Service is not engaging, also stuffs don't involve much with customer interactions. I have been using Titan products for last 7 years and I went there three times when I was studying at Vidyanagar - 2 times for watch servicing and once to buy a new watch, but I purchased that later from official website due to poor customer interactions.

Good product and good receiving staff

This is multi brand store. They have Titan, raga, Fastrack, sonata, Tommy, police etc. When I entered the show room they didn't approach me. I approach them for my need and they gives a answer by seating on the chair on counter.then he came to me and help me.need to improve the service and approach the customer. They assume first this guy won't shop anything from us.

These store is OK as if u give your watch to repair then it takes nearly 2 months to hear back even for replacing cell of watch or belt.

If you want to buy quality watch then I always suggest to trust on Titan. You are getting good quality watch at reasonable price and also maitainence like change battery of your watch price is also low.

Third class service a one week ago visited in Titan show room anand for service my watch but representative say Sunday service station is closed you visit any time or any day except Sunday your watch be repaired or service 15 to 20 min. But I visit on Friday they should be say parts not available that time so put your watch 2 to 3 day ...and representative talking behaviour was not good .... And also visited Titan show room nadiad thye should be say same parts not available ....... parts should be not available so why are you run show room pls closed your show room...

I recently visited the Titan showroom and unfortunately had a rather unpleasant experience. The shop person's behavior was far from satisfactory, displaying unhelpful conduct throughout my visit. Moreover, the collection available was notably subpar, failing to meet expectations. I believe improvements in both staff training and product selection are essential for enhancing customer satisfaction.
