Very bad service of stuff members towards customers, and their gold prices higher than other shops , I don't recommend that people go in and waste your time and money. Very worst experience.

Best place to buy jewellery. Their service is immaculate and their jewellery is absolutely beautiful. I went into this store with a specific image of what I wanted, their staff listened carefully, understood what I was looking for, took it into consideration and catered to my wants. This kind of service shows that their staff truly cares and wants to make a jewellery buying experience memorable and pleasant. Very bad service so disappointed I buy gold last month first time was ok with girls service but when I was there for my second time it was ridiculous with Mr.Sachin he was so rude, I specially come from other country to but something but I am really really not happy, He don’t know how to give service to clients and how to behave with staff he was literally wanna fight with other staff, and he walked, I wanna informe you that to owners you can’t grow your business with Mr.Sachin type of people Anyway I am not coming back Thank you 🙏

This Branch has good customer service & feel valued to the store. We are regular customer as family to Zaverat. The sales executive Gave us enough time to do a choice of the Gold 5 items we brought today . The Salesconsultant "Payal Sagara" was very polite & friendly. She was with us all the way till purchase process & that's very important for me as customer. They have good choices of items available. Happy with service in genral.

I visited Zaverat for engagement ring.Very unpleasant experience. The diamond came off the ring just the second day, I had to come 4-5 times to the shop just to get the ring fixed and the service was not at all good... I am not all coming back here again my entire wedding was stressful because of this.
