I have joined many gym but sfw much better than others. Workout with entertainment , knowledge & others physical activities like cycling, tourism etc.

Nice place and free atmosphere to workout. I liked one thing about the gym most that they have reading area in between the gym where you can relax after exercise and read your favourite book.

Sfw gym is one of the best gym. All staff members & trainers are very cooperative & always ready for guiding our query & helping nature. Equipment & machineries are well & help me to achieve my goal. Am so much happy for this gym & service.Many indoor and outdoor activities are held.All festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm

The gym is really good. Safe environment. Trainers are really helpful and respectful. I am losing weight after doing exercises just for 2 months. Their diet plan is really awesome guys just go for it the gym is awesome 🏋️🏋️

Sfw the gym Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and excellent breeze coming off the ocean. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely be returning for a round two, hope to see you there!

Very bad & worst gym ever😠😠😠 Not safficiant equipments for the membership coustomars also equipments are broken and unmanaged. They only believe in quantity not in quality & service .Their workout plans are not good and not a useful. Every week they just changed the trainer so I could not able to maintain my training along with the given schedule. During hard workout they play the song like old bollywood type songs. That type of songs not giving an energy.They should play workout type of songs. During the workout they were not used AC which is very worst!!!!!😯😯 In short my experience here is very very horrible.🤯🤯🤯 if I explain in one line "unmanageable, believed in quantity and wast of time". Don't waste your money.....

Overall, I wouldn't set foot in this gym again. The combination of poor cleanliness and aggressive sales tactics make it a place to avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other gyms out there that offer a better and safer experience.

I have joined the gym from like 2 months and I can see the difference in my body in one week. And the people, the trainers, the whole staff is really polite here. They will treat you really nice. We have a whole library in here so for knowledge we have a studio room for zumba and other activities here.. We celebrate all the festivals here.. You should really join the gym , you won't regret. Well talking about the gym it's all about fun with excercise here. There are numerous number of activities carried out around the month and feels like a very friendly place. Instructor are good as they always supports during the training and the equipments are also upto mark. Overall one of the best gym in Vidyanagar area.

As after lockdown people become lazy including me so i decided to start physical exercise which I don't like much. The gym in anand name sfw which I joined and started working out and as soon as I started there I saw changes in my physical and mentally both. Hello, Devasting experience with this gym. ➡️ The most important thing, those who comments good, these all are doing by them from others' phone.Whatever they do regarding exercises video, outdoor video. It only for advertising, not for health who go with this team. ➡️Trainers only focus on those who are in their good books and even if someone doing something wrong exercise, they never teach others. Staff members do not have any manners how to talk with customers. Machines quality is really poor and outdated, even if you tell them to atleast repair those equipment, they never do it. ➡️ please I recommend you, don't take membership here. You are wasting your money if you take. Thank you who really believe in reviews and feedback.

I've used this gym for few months and it really is excellent. This is pretty standard as it does have a great location. Lots of equipment and space. Staff are extremely friendly always a smile and ask if everything is ok. You couldn’t ask for more at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend

So basically I am a skinny person and my physique was also very weak but by joining this I really got many chances in my body as the equipments for training are very well classed maintained and the trainers are also very polite, having friendly behaviour and also helps and guides us at each and every single point. Also this gym is like perfect money worth place as there are many extra activities are done like zumba, yoga etc related to fitness.
