I think it is not good to say the bus station to this place, because there is not enough shade for passenger to stand and not enough space for seating, you just need to stand in the open space. Also, there is not a single store inside this bus station to have food or water, you have to go out of the station, which will definitely take your time. This is just an open space which people called a bus station nothing else. Even the old bus station is more good then the new one.

It’s a bus station of the anand city. There is 2 bus-stands in anand. New (navu) bus-stand and old (junu) bus-stand, and this one is the new one. It’s a lot more clean and well maintained than it used to be. Inquiry officers inside the inquiry office usually help outs.

Bus station is clean and good connectivity with all different cities. But the only problem is that there is very shades to stay away from heat. Different types of buses are also available like volvo, sleeper, ordinary etc.

Visited for the first time. This is a newly built Anand Bus station from GSRTC. The design of the station is square where all the terminals are open. You can find all the routes from this station.

That is the government job of men without responsibility. Gujarat S.T Anand. The phone is always busy. The bus crosses the flyover and is not even known in the control room. This is what happens in buses going to Vadodara. People stand at the bottom of the flyover waiting. Greetings to such a department. (Raise your hands and sit in the AUTO)

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Anand New Bus Station. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the bus stand was far from satisfactory. The floors were dirty and littered with trash, which not only looked unsightly but also posed a hygiene concern. Additionally, the seating arrangements were uncomfortable and insufficient for the number of passengers waiting for their buses. The benches were old and damaged.

Very good for rides to all over Gujarat but watch out for the THUGS/THIEVES/PICK POCKETERS. When you try to climb in the bus, they will steal you, I did a police complain about my stolen phone, the police said it is a routine these days, There is no security at all in the BUS Stand.

India is still developing country so anyone should not expect clean and accurate facilities. Still, food stores are available for tourists and regular pupils and workers that helps a lot. I don't know about virtual eyes so safety issue can be found.

◾️LIKE THE REVIEW AND FOLLOW ME▪️ The staff at the information desk were helpful and polite, which was a positive aspect. However, I did notice a lack of clear information regarding bus schedules and routes, which could be improved for the convenience. Firstly, the accessibility was good, with ample parking space and clear signage. However, the cleanliness of the premises left much to be desired. The waiting area and restrooms were not well-maintained, and this detracted from the overall experience. In terms of amenities, there was a small café and a few seating options, but they were limited. More seating and a variety of food options would greatly enhance the comfort of passengers, especially during long waits.

Lack of basic facilities. As anand districts bus station it look like some small village bus station (maybe now a days village bus station also looks better) . Still i don't understand why as main source of transportation still we don't have proper information desk operators who can answer clearly (this is for all bus station). Information desk comes under customer care services, if government wants citizen to use their transportation then information desk need to be best of all.

Need to maintain cleanliness on platform and Food quality as well. Cheap quality of products are there. Train ends at the entrance of the station so it's too far to reach particular coach. Entrance is almost at the end of the station.

Bus station's atmosphere are good but there is very less bus routes for places which near from there like Surat,Baroda etc.. so before visit for Anand and surrounding there pls check bus routes & timing on www.gsrtc.in

Well it's big , Spacious and fast foods are available nearby , it is near to railway station so it's good . And all bus are segregated according to the destination. Bus booking counter is also there. Thats good . But ITS INDIA most of the time buses are late . So plan accordingly.

Google map help to get fix direction of Anand new bus stand.but this station have not enough facilities for travellers.but old bus station have facilities for travellers.

Good bus station, the bus station was full of students 😂, there were food also available and much more buses come but there too much rush of students. The station was fully cleaned.

Normal bus available for any location of around Anand. Clean and accurate facilities. Still, food stores are available for tourists and regular people's and workers that helps a lot

Generally okay. Maybe boards in English could be included for people speaking or understanding English only do not miss the bus. There is no such thing such as being systematic at the station which creates chaos

This bus station give good transportation service but sitting arrangements is not so good but u can easily go anywhere from this bus stand. U can also reservation of seats and freely enjoy ur journey. 🎉🎉🚌🚍

I disappoint that there are not many bus for balasinor. I think that thay should stand some bus like balasinor

Allmost for every district of Gujrat ( Ahmedabad,Nadiyad,Borsad,petlad, Vadodara, Palanpur) & Rajasthan (Sirohi) bus available from here Very large area for parking for bus & Sitting arrangement. One the best thing is " there is no temporary shop/ thadi/ riksha/ foothpath shop ... Thanks to Gujrat Govt

Anand GSRTC bus station near at Railway station. Its a around 3 km distance between Anand bus stop and railway station. Good frequency from Anand to Ahmedabad. There are 4 direct bus available from Anand to Gandhinagar. Best route you can check on GSRTC official site. Thanks.

The bus station is good small and well but the behaviour of the staff is not good. Do not buy any food items inside the bus station It has a higher price than MRP and it is a copy product.

There is nothing New so we can say it’s New bus station…. Here not available sufficient seating facilities, Toilet and urinal is available but it’s in very bed condition no cleanliness not maintained…. In most of every bus station I have faced one common problem, is that There the person who seated at help desk….his behaviour is very rude….

Too crowded. Difficult to catch a bus. But it's really fun to see young college students caching for a bus seat. If the government adds a digital time table it will really help all passengers.

Compare to other Cities Depot it has very poor Infrastructure and Zero Facilities. No adequate Seating Arrangements.Poor Hygiene and less cleanliness. No one will ans on Depot Landline Number.

A bus depot with minimum facilities but with best management and big areas makes it better compare to the older one

It's not a bus stand but bus stop made without any facility, daily cows are hitting the people. Really shameful place. The good thing is their staff.

This is so called new bus station operating for many years with almost zero amenities. It is a RCC ground work on a big open land. No proper control room, no sheds too many buses operating without stand, routine pessengers are over powering occassional travellers. Entire facility like a big pile of garbage. No seating arrangement. No safe urinals/washrooms. No cold drinks store or food store to purchase. Completely useless zero value place.

Fine as normal bus stand. But definitely many improvements are needed. 1.Cows are roaming 2.No proper cleaning done 3.No security guard 4. Extremely poor helpdesk 5.Water and Washroom service also very poor.

I think old bus stand is much better than this bus stand. No facilities available here. Just like a ground for buses to board and deboard

Not good management in the bus stand . Only available bus for mega city. Very few frequency buses for the villages. For the last 15 years I have heard that the bus problem. please change the system it's a need for Anad city. All cities are developed..but anand city is as usual.

Location is good but needs renovation...

The Bustand isn't clean enough and not having proper waiting area. Also we don't feel much comfort there. A Lots of improvements require over there
