Nice Place for one day family outing. Wave pool is good but for limited time. Slides are enough for kids to enjoy. Swimming pool is too good but located on the other side of the building. Food quality I'd say is more than expected. Overall experience is good.

1. Staff is very rude not trained for hospitality, all they care about money from you and then no guidance through the park. 2. Water they used for slides and pool is worst, I got rashes on my body. Not at all clean. 3. Food quality is horrible. Don't even provide clean plates. 4. Flooring is very sleepery, one can easily fall. 5. Only one attraction open at a time, cause they don't have enough power to operate all the slides. 6. There construction is very old. Overall experience was worst, I will never suggest anyone to go there. We came out after lunch although the time was till 5 PM The only thing is that they provide water slides, breakfast, kuch and high tea @ Rs 700.00 per person. But still it's waste of money.

20/05/2023 I visited with my Family. Believe me the experience was worst. Their staff was rudely not given proper response and answer. All slides are closed. Never recommended. Seems what they only need is money that’s it. No cleanliness, dirty water, room was not worthy, they charged high for it. Food was not ok. On their they told the time of wave but they starts actually their on time. Swimming pool was not fully opened. Floors was slippery, many people had fallen. No basic hygiene. I saw google pics and I went there. Believe me 40% of the part was only opened. Waste of money. I never go for here again.

Service is excellent, pool and slides are also decently maintained . Food was also good. The only thing i felt to be improved was , the resort staff wont listen/solve your queries/issues if the owners are not around. Thankfully the owners manage it well 👌👌 As per the pricing i think its worth going there . You have a lot of activities to do and definitely wont feel bored anytime.

The only one word which I can write for the resort is "PATHETIC" . There was no perfection in any of the area. (foood, slides, water of the pool, ambience ) 650 for weekend prove it a total exploitation towards the visitors. They have their own limitations there like 2 slides aren't working , the water of the pool is so dirty there are bugs and stuff around It was worst experience

Visited this place on 9July 2022 and had the worst experience. When we called them to find you they told the place is completely booked and full, however when we reached it was totally opposite. Only around 30-40 guests were there. Food - 2/10 - The food had no taste. Rooms - 0/10 - The rooms were dirty as ever. It seems they were not cleaned for years. Bathroom dirty and the room had all dirt under the bed. Totally unhygienic. Slides - Small pool slide it was broken. And there was algae and fungus everywhere in the pool. Wave pool only for 20 minutes twice in the entire day. No proper housekeeping. This resort requires a big time renovation and they need hire proper and staff. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

Anand Resort will be a good choice for one day group outing. It consists water rides, rooms for stay and meals. The weather and location adds to the beauty of this resort. Only the regret is the place is quite small but overall it's good one for enjoyment.

Overall worst experience i ever had an any outing! Staff is very very rude, doesn't even care about guests or there requirements! Major issues with slides and its working depends upon the will of the working staff. 0 rating on hygiene in the premises and worst of its kind rooms if you are thinking for stay in the resort!! They are lucky there is no option for marking the rating in megstive zone! Stay put in your home if you ever are planning to visit here!!!

We group of 17 visited with prior booking had a Worst Experience food quality not upto the mark. Cleanliness is something that the staff doesn't know the manager of Anand Resort was very rude and the Owner was still not helping the guest with the basic facilities. Washrooms had fungus on walls. The waterslides were dirty and the area besides the pool n pool was slippery. 4 of our people slipped n no concern authority helped with anything. Worst ever resort in Arnala. Instead even the autorickshaw driver will suggest one not to visit that filthy place

Visited 2 days go, Worst resort with pathetic swimming pool water, me with my all family members suffering from skills n irritation due to nasty germs and skin tanning due to heavy usage of chlorine chemicals. Breakfast: Misal pav- No taste, heavy usage of oil Lunch: Again no taste, Timing; Actually a main concern they will ask you to wind up or vacate swimming pool by 4:15 pm stating they chlorine chemicals been used to clean pool water (when you ✔️ on website it says resort timing 8:00 am to 6 pm). Big swimming pool; They won't allow your kids to sit beside pool area stating as safety measures, if visited with family then forget using big swimming pool They don't have any proper machine to fill water tubes.

For drinking people when you asked them they told you its allowed to drink but when you pay your payment and check in they check your bags and told you that Not many drinks allowed and they take it and store in reception and asked you take it tomorrow when you check out....But we find that people comes from outside with totaly drunk and they doing some bad things over there but resort staff was ignored them....बाहेरून पिऊन येउन दंगा करा चालेल पण तुम्ही जर विचारून गेले ना दारू चालेल का तर तुम्हाला बोलणार इथे फॅमिली येतात,एवढी घेऊन नाही जाऊ शकत.... फुल्ल फालतुगिरी आहे

The counter staff was very rude the boys who work there were really helpful and they only give 30 mins in the wave pool. That also they started 10 mins late so we only got 20 mins and try putting modern songs. Food and slides were also great just increase the time for the wave pool

Worst 👎resort. Too costly food is ok ok. No drinking water. No clean changing rooms wash is also in too bad conditions. only 1 slide for adults. To reach the location is also too narrow a road. Lockers rent 200rs and 100rs deposits. And offline 750rs and online ticket 650rs . Full waste of money

One of the worst resort ....first of all they said they will pick up and drop before paying the advance...and on the day they denied to provide pick up and drop service. Earlier they showed pictures of bigger room and after reaching there they gave us compact room and very untidy room. Upon all these there is no wifi or mobile network in the rooms. Food was okay. And pls don't go photos for slide and water rides...there is only one or two that too doesn't work. Won't recommend anyone. Around this resort there many other can try that

It's good not that bad . Food is nice . They should take care of pool cleaning more otherwise it's nice if you're looking for less crowded place .

DO NOT CONSIDER GOING TO THIS PLACE. (Wrost place ever) No Hygiene Tasteless/stale Food Rude Owner/staff Highly contaminated water in the pools (everyone from our group having skin burns due to same reason) Slides not maintained There are endless reasons to mention but long story short, do not think of going to this place there is a lot of improvement required which seems to be impossible.

Well the resort is good. Rooms were also clean but the thing is they have hardly a few slides It's not a waterpark we can juzz go as if you want to enjoy a day out with friends. We kept thinking of having some good slides but we didn't get them. After an hour we were getting bored of where to go now. The overall staff and people were polite and they didn't accept any cards they made me swipe my card at the petrol pump.

Worst Management and Service. If you want to book for this resort, you can't because website booking is not working, and when you call, they don't pick. After that if you go there, water rides are very limited. Overall the resort is good but management is the worst.

Worst service for pickup and drop. Pickup will be done on super quick basis but in the evening the once all people seats in vehicle the vehicle will wait for 30-40 and the reason is given as people are coming driver is missing.. The bus which fills up first will leave last, then why will people get ready early if the have to leave the resort at last. We were traveling with a pregant lady hence we got into the first bus so that we reach station early, but we reached late because of the bus all thanks to the resort team for the inconvenience.

Worst experience. The food was pathetic, the ushers create rules as per their convenience and if someone asks them what about the rules that are written on their boards they say how can we ask people to follow the rules. Basically if you go in swimming dress and 40 others come in cotton clothes then they will tell you that you are wrong cos you came in a swimming dress ( even though it's written on their board that you would not be allowed in the pool if you are not wearing swimming dress). Their staff is ready to pounce on rule abiding patrons and threaten them. There is a goonda Raj there so pls be careful.

Clean and good water Food was fabulous good service Staff was calling us for hot foods Their Managar was careful and soft tacking and helpfull Rain dance waves pull is good Full paisa vasul maza aa gaya 100%

rooms are clean . staff is so polite . and food is great . only concern to slide and pool slide is so old and water is not proper clean i visit this resort night and day . so nice plz more slide add and plz repair old slides and colouring .

Condition of the resort is getting worst because of un maintained maintenance. Not even a single things changed in 10 years. All the amenities looks older and not maintained as well.

Rooms are not clean, but definitely it's worth the price. The food turned out to be unexpectedly good. Both veg and non veg options available. Resort is also decent. Rooms are just little low grade or else it's good for the cheap price and one day picnic

Visited last weekend ,food was tasty.newly built wavepool made my day .had a great time with family .dj music could have made it better. Best part is no drinking crowd. Overall experience was good

Enjoyed very much with family. Staff is also very nice & helpful. Liked the buffet with multiple veg & nonveg options. Bit messy coz post covid maintenance & new rides & amusement work going on, but was fine. overall had lots of fun. Will surely visit again to enjoy more rides.

Still one of the best resort in Arnala , currently under maintenance bt day spent well....enjoyed rides in heavy rains..food was good as usual...Large wave pool was a great fun..hope music and tube slide starts soon.

Had a great time with family location is very far away from Virar station west rides are limited but it's OK with entry fees, food also good veg & non veg both. You can visit this place by auto or bus or u can ask to resort they will arrange bus.

Good Place. But few rides were not working due to construction. Room were good... As come to breakfast & lunch worth for money... But place was far than expected. As come to staff they were friendly... For kids there is a small garden. Overall a good experience

Nice resort for family and small kids. There's no big slides there are only 2 pools and 1 wave pool, wave pool experience is awesome but not enjoyed much because of lack of rides And the breakfast, lunch was awesome i will give 10 for food and i think entry fee is overpriced ₹700 i think entry fees should be ₹400 or ₹500

Food was good...rain dance and rooms ares also good.... But I didn't like the wave pool.. bcz it wasn't fun..Actually they do not have much rides only one ride for adults..the resort good for kids

The rides were very terrible. Some were not working. The water was not cleaned properly and algae on slides. Not well maintained!! Rooms were not cleaned properly. Only the food was better. Overall experience was Unsatisfactory....

Rides and pools are awesome but they need to maintain the hygiene in the changing room and toilets. There is another deep pool and 2 parks for children, over all stay was awesome & food was delicious including veg and non-veg

A good resort for family and friends. Safe for kids and everyone around. Good food and huge resort in virar. There are many more resort but this has the large space with safe environment.

Not that happy. Food was nice but room toilet was worst then public changing room toilet and was bored because we have to adjust according to their time and light was going frequently. There are not much slides n big swimming pool good for kids

Worst experience... theres no cleanliness in that place they dont even clean a changing room area... and dont even get me started on their food a 1 year old baby can make a beeter food then what they provide

Typical local resort....a couple of pools, slides, wave pool etc. Very basic rooms. Toilets not very clean. Food not at all interesting....just about edible. Getting there is pretty painful. Nothing of mention to make us go back there again.
