It's located in depth of virar near Arnala beach. So atmosphere very soothing like village. And it's stress buster for one day picnic with different water rides

1.Food quality in Breakfast and Lunch was not up to mark.It was taste less. Limited options in veg. 2.Cleaning Service is very bad. 3.Sleepery tiles on floor and in washroom or almost everywhere which is very dangerous. 4.Pick and drop service are not properly organised.Buses are fully packed and people gets packed in standing like local train.

Enjoyed very much with Family. Staff is also nice & helpful. Liked the 🍱Buffet with multiple Veg & Non-Veg options. Bit messy bcoz of summer vacations & weekends crowd. 🏊🏼Swimming Pool, Rides🎢, Maintenance & 🤽🏼 Kids play area good. They also has a facility of pick n drop.🚌 Overall had lots of fun & enjoyed alot. ☺️Will surely visit again to enjoy a day picnic again in this Resort.🏖️

Worst place waste of money small size and hygiene is really pathetic. Moreover its mentioned free pick up and drop but its with bus even at counter if you confirm that the auto rickshaw guy who had bought you here he will be there at check out then these people will tell no we did not told or commit any such things. We had been to this resort today and really I can say that it's an worst resort experience we ever had.first of all , no hygiene maintained at the swimming pool, or the food court or the rooms.l or locker .there is no proper changing room, it's just open spaces with locker. Charges are high compared to other resorts.also only t o pools , less ride , whole resorts space is very less, it's very congested, management doesn't help you got anything.as per experience, it's an worst resort I have ever seen.

First and Last choice "Kshitij Waterpark". Strongly request family person to avoid visiting the resort. All are Gunda at the resort and no manner toward female. Creating a scene of Hi- jacking a van and asking for money for under aged kids in the evening. In the morning they allowed our family and did not charged us for kids and in the evening while closing they started creating the scene. Stopping the van and threating us if we move the van we have to bare the cost. Forcefully they taken money from us for small kids. Unhygienic place, Food was normal. Go with your own risk.

Very bad pickup and drop service, I would suggest you to visit another resorts other than this if you are punctual about your timing and coming from far away, visit resorts such as dream world or sagar resort provide good pickup and drop service as any time you just needed. Over all very bad experience they also dosent have wave pool.

If you collect money from the customer who are come from a long way you should have a proper pick and drop facility. In your website is not not important but it should be applicable to the end of the day. In this condition guest will have only 1 time interest after that no will be able interested to visit again so please make sure pick and drop is IMP. Note we are not coming next time onwards

Third class resort, we had very bad experience here, too much crowded, the management itself can't manage it, rude behavior, a one week ago we booked a room here still they were saying the rooms are very very cheap we had kids n girls in our group how we are going to manage then??? What rubbish!! Still all staff people were arguing with us, pick up facility also very inconvenient.. Breakfast was very cheap quality. Dirty tables . We left out from there in worst mood they spoiled our day. This resort is not even deserve one ⭐. But without clicking on star m not able to post my review 😡

Food quality was excellent and very tasty. Resort mainly has 2 Major swimming pool for adults and 1 for children. Lifeguards are always attentive to avoid any incidents. You can enjoy with your family. Pickup and drop facility is organized by them, its a major plus point. I suggest owners to improve their locker area and also if they can provide some light snacks in evening, alongwith tea or coffee, which is provided. Also improve children playing equipments in garden area. We enjoyed a lot, will surely visit again. 😊👍

Okay i say the resort is excellent,suberb,phenomenal but... Their staff,employees,life guards or maybe managers who used to sit on counters are garbage utterly trash infact becs they lied when asked about the rides they say it's open & their life guards are lazy some chilling,listening music & drinking tea they doesn't even care about the people who came to go on rides there weren't any people to guide, they excuses that we don't have much people so the rides can't be done and there are not water working on some rides so it almost closed. It's one time i won't even prefer this place to anyone they charge us100+ 1 hour & they call us 10 min early. And god their music taste is lame too. Let's not talk about their bathroom & changing room facilities no guest would like to stay there if they knew about that there are frogs in each toilets litterly on each one & flush won't work, disgusting i regretted coming here with my family

We have been visited many resorts In Virar but kshitij was nightmare for us . pathetic Food quality and Staff is rude also the owner son don't care about you once you paid money. I would not recommend to anyone. These are good resorts. Best resort . Nandanvan. Visava. Manthan.

The restaurant has a pathetic service. They run the resort on a time table, like school .. breakfast time is till 10 am, if u reach even after 10 min later , they literally close the counter. Nobody is allowed to stay in a pool when it's a breakfast time or lunch time.. their person will come and talk to you in a very arrogant way and they will ask you to leave and sit anywhere else which is not their lookout, they just want to push the people.. If u request them, that u will reach within the time frame or before the counter is closed, they will simply deny u r request.. the quality of the food is also worst they made chicken fried item in a Chinese style but there was no Schezwan (that was an exception), it was fried with baking soda and the meat was half cooked and few pieces were like rubber... I will not visit here again.. and a best suggestion to all the review readers, that please do not visit this place again...

Toilet are bad ,no changing room for gent's ,shower rooms are broken. Slides have gotten old ,some not slippery ,some will hurt u. Avoid going on Sundays its overcrowded. Staff behaviour is very rude ,people drink and get down in pools and misbehave though its clearly written smoking and alcholo not allowed in room's, its just written. Food was good

The location is awful. They lack common decency. Simply put, the ride and everything else are great, but the employees are quite nasty and the breakfast and lunch are not clean. Most importantly, they offer pick-up and drop-off services yet fail to abide by their own policy. The morning bus arrives half an hour late, and once your entire day is over and they have received their payment, they simply relax in the evening and don't care whether buses are running on time or not. The evening bus arrives 1.5 hours late, and you are forced to wait in queue with your family. This was the worst experience and the first time dealing with this type of staff. one request: If you collect money from customers, could you please give them proper service.

Very nice experience with kshitij best waterpark and pool to enjoy with Family and Friends. They also have their pickup and drop from Virar Station. I loved the place 🔥✨

Worst ever experience at this resort. (Google should add up an option of ZERO star`s as well). 1. Only 2 small pools (that even has slides ending into it). 2. There is no wave pool (which is actually a heart of all resorts). 3. No volunteers at the slides to help out at any emergency. 4. The roads are all covered with algae and green fungus (I was luckily spared from felling 3 times). 5. Locker services are pathetic. (No security of belongings, half of the lockers are damaged). 6. Changing rooms does not ..

This place is so great! In 700 you get free pickup and drop, breakfast and lunch and free passes to atleast 3 fights! And if you're lucky enough you'll get into one and get a great massage by everyone 👍🏻

The resort is very small and crowded. Food was fine. The chlorine usage in the pool was high. Slides are bit dangerous as few ppl got injured.

8/01/23 first time i have visited here it was worst experience ever .... Its small in area unhygienic rooms with drunken people's few slides they are also unhygienic... The manager of resort who is so called "jila adhyaksh" has threaten us coz we were cancelling our booking at last movement because of there behaviour n area .....n evethings was okeis not at all good ...its n honest review hope this would help u to find ur pleasure

And place was very stinky you can't stand over there and eat your food . Only 2 swimming pool is there 4 slide for water tube you have to wait till 1hr for your round wave pool in also not. all the lockers are unclean they charge locker rent 400 200 Rent and 200 deposit resort price is 700 they have pick and drop service in tempo traveller bus 🚐. Overall. Total west of money

Resort is very dirty and it is not good for the family also the food is average hospitality is very poor will suggest you not to visit with family, they do not have proper mats for the slides and the safety is zero.

It’s a good place to have a family or friends get together. We can get a variety of veg and non veg foods. Small place for children playground for killing waiting time. Rates are moderate. They have parking space for cars max of 8.

Don't even want to give one star but unfortunately have to. Pick up was late for one and half hour. No bucket and mug in bathroom. Mattresses were not in good condition at all. Stry dogs were roaming around. Chicken was not cooked properly. Bathroom doors were having cracks. No basin. Doors were making irritating sounds. Very less rides. List is endless. Will not recommend to anyone.
