Staff in the store are not giving proper information and not solving problem i want to port my existing bsnl card to vodaphone but from last six month i meet them 7 times they are saying that we dont have prepaid simcard go to vodaphone mini store i asked them company sending all mini stores sim card why not in your store because this is the biggest store in anand then they answers that talk to company giving rude replays it seems that company have lots of customers so they don't need any more customer. company is satisfyed they dont need any new customer now

Great Quick Service... I felt the Rep tone was not that great while talking to me but thats fine my work was done... I had an Idea Sim Swap to a new one and it was sucessfull.... I was asked to pay Rs 50 for the same but I received a SMS that it was a free sim swap. No receipt of Rs 50 was given.. Anyways I think it is the wAy how they operate...

Address is correct but location point on map is wrong. Unpleasant behavior and I'm not satisfied how that girl talked with me. I told her about wrong location, but she totally ignored.

Typical Vodafone store. Very busy at any given time. Definitely needs to hire some more help. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff is worst. They went out whenever they want. They also take a break for smoking in peak ours as well. Queue is too much in the store. Not up to mark. Definitely not matching the standard of Vodafone.

I received a message from Vodafone that your sim will be deactivated within two day they asked me to change your sim to 4G within two days. The worst thing is one of the two days was Sunday. That means I have only one day to do stuff. But fortunately within 5 minutes they finished my work. I like their ticket system means no crowd would there. All after I like their service. Thank you

Pathetic service.. i have change my sim theough postpaid to prepaid..after 1 week there is no portability..and my card is not reachable..also no any contact number of the store available. No any resolution provided by customer care also.

Not satisfied with their service. Worst staff. They just write your number in one Excel sheet and don't complete that request at all. And when I asked them they blame me that you should come here if your request is not completed. Rude and Confused Staff!!
