A must visit place for Hurada lovers.A place to get Authentic Hurada. They are one of the pioneers of Hurada Party in Ahmadnagar. Hurada snacks starts around 11am. On weekends th place is bit crowdy. a booking in advance is necessary Along with Hurada meals are available. Not much for kids buta s its a Asylum for Cows( Panjalpol), kids enjoy watching Hundreds of Cows together. Apart from that there is small play area for kids.

Hurda party, this is how it is known as in many places where there are Sorghum (jwari) fields attached with Goshala known as Panjarapol Gorakshan. This party is very unique in style. One has to experience this event to really enjoy. " Hurda" is as I presume baby jwari plant with clusters of tender raw jwari which is roasted over a bon fire, and the baby jwari is removed and any dust is removed by seiving and eaten warm.It's exclusive taste goes well with garlick and dry coconut chutney, farsan and with dates.This is a lifetime experience where you are alotted a place to sit on a huge mat spread on the ground and a local oven known as Batti is lit up and the process of roasting is performed live.

Nice for hurda party. But there is only a simple garden with swings and a slide. Children can get bored here easily. I would rather prefer another place for hurda. Food quality is good though.

superb place. very close to ahmednagar. hurda is very tasty. lunch is also good with options like bhakari, usal, bharit, zunka....there are some games for kids as well. you can also have ice cream / gola. kids just l9ve it.

Not exceptionally something out of the way, food is okay, staff is courteous, though we had not made any previous booking, they still served hurda and their regular meal

Very good and natural place

Good service by people actually roasting the hurda for you but at the counter people are not willing to give complete information...They prefer to talk to their people in some different language first and other language speaking people...Apart from this treatment, all food items are tasty and well cooked...Staff arranging hurda things are punctual and friendly!!!

They Take care of Cows in V.gud manner

The Hurda parties are organized here from the month of November to February. During that time period only edible things, sugarcane juice etc. is available here. otherwise it is a social organisation (Goshala) which works for cows.
