Amazing family garden restaurant. Totally in love with the taste and quality of food and service. Vegetarian and non vegetarian both are served at it best with delicious taste 👌😍😋 Clean and spacious. They even have good kid zone were even kid enjoy paying area. They have both Ac and open area seating according to customers what ever they prafer. Service was pretty good and quick they still maintain the taste and quality. I have been coming to this restaurant from last 5-6 years

They also provide beer🍻 if you wanna get tipsy before having food. They have good parking area and well trained staffs. They will arrange dining according to your requirements. They have AC dining, indoor dining and outdoor dining. The food is tasty, good in quality and quantity too. The place looks expensive but it's pocket friendly. They also have kids activity area and neat toilets. It's a good place to conduct a party, a meet up or dining out with family and kids. Satisfied with their service and amazed by the Veg food they served 👍👍👍👍👍👍

I recently visited Hotel Sagam Family Garden Restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of my hopes. The starters, including the masala papad and paneer chilly, were disappointing. The papad was excessively oily, and the paneer chilly lacked freshness, with poorly sautéed vegetables. The mushroom noodle soup lacked mushroom pieces and had an overpowering amount of garlic and ginger, which was a letdown for a mushroom lover like me. The veg hyderabadi biryani for the main course was mediocre in taste, with pale paneer pieces. The service was slow, and the captain seemed unable to serve properly. The ambience was average, but the presence of mosquitoes and food stains on the seating chairs was off-putting. Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with the hospitality provided by this established restaurant, as it didn't meet my expectations.

Good food and great ambiance. The service was not so fast and the rates are moderate. The surrounding is clean. The place is crowded and but its decent place to spend a quality time with family and friends. The hotel has huge variety and the rates are also normal. Mostly preferred payment option is cash or UPI. Cards is also accepted. Recommended for dinner and lunch

Went for family dinner. Wife is veg and asked captain to give his choice of main course. He suggested Veg Kasturi. It was far from appetising. In fact, it was soo bad that wife had her chapati with pickle. We ordered chicken biryani. Rice was flavourful but chicken was not well done and biryani was too moist, literally like a little runny gravy. It’s seems dum was not given properly. We repeated half a portion of Mutton Biryani which was much better. Flavour and meat tender. We asked for dessert, and the option was fruit salad with ice cream. It was literally pieces of apples and chicku in sugar syrup along with ice cream. The only thing good about the dessert was the fact that it was sweet. Otherwise, not worth even trying. Overall, I have been to better lesser known restaurants which had much better food though service and ambience was a little less. I won’t go again anytime soon.

Detailed review to showcase the poor service 1. Often visited this place for dinner mostly, service is fast but extremely misleading. 2. On 20May i went with friends for dinner, the waiter did not explain the dish properly and assumed i should be aware of the preparation... resulting in awful and unapologetic behaviour. Not only was the dish served wrong as per description but also attitude hence forth to take corrective action. A chicken full of bones and curry of some sort was served ...the highest amount dish so to say....to ensure a good overall bill...without realising that....THAT IS not wat was required by us. 3. Will never go again...!!!! Pathetic..and then on asking the waiter is arguing. Even worse.

We visited here for dinner and Sagam Dum biryani was very good, also non veg and veg meals are good, The family sitting arrangements in the garden are also very good, The service needs to be improved. Improvement points are toilets and hand wash areas need to be improved.

I had a great experience today at hotel Sagam. We ordered non veg starters and main course. The food was delicious. Service was prompt and upto the mark. Staff was friendly and well mannered. The service cost that they add in your bill is a bit turn down though..but overall ambience and service and food is great.

Food quality is good but seems hiegene and cleanliness around dining place is must. Can understand difficulty in handling bulk numbers but spilling leftover food on floor while transferring plates would create bad image. Hope management would pay attention to this and make us a proud customer.

This restaurant is best in Ahmednagar .rates are reasonable, taste is best and importantly there is much space and good atmosphere. You can take your meal in garden or in hall.There is play space for kids.They maintained the restaurant nicely.

VERY BAD experience. Only one waiter serving 20 relstibes at a time. Billing for half vhicken done as full handi . Bill of Rs 9000 one for Rs 13900. Long waiting during dinner. Service very bad.
