Too good. We ordered one sundae corn cold brew and ice cream cake. Three of them where equally worthy as well as scrumptious. They are not serving the ice cream cakes in loose. You should rather buy half kg or full cake to know the taste but its a lil bit costly affair. If you have a sweet tooth then definitely you have to try it.

It was a surprise order made by my colleagues on my birthday and it turned out to be a real surprise with the Ice cream cake from Ibaco.. it was absolutely delicious and the children liked it a lot.. nuts and the chocolate roll toppings were really of high quality and very crunchy..Packing is the one area to improve as the lighter packaging doesn’t maintain the chillness for home delivery. Overall, it was an amazing experience to taste the ice cream for the first time.. 5 stars!

Is there negative rating? Black forest ice cream was of worst taste.. Had some tonic smell.. Staff is worst.. They have put a scoop of ice cream in the cone n there is no one in the counter.. After some time 1 lady comes and takes hell lot of time to bill.. When I asked that ice cream is melting and u r billing so slowly she was sarcastically telling system is slow and nothing can be done.. They charge a bomb and give melted ice cream..

Hello Chennai, Hope you are all fine. Today I was looking for yummy😛 spicy🌶 tasty foods🍚. I thought to check-in SS Hyderabad Briyani🍗🍖 but it was closed. I was disappointed😥 even tried different location of Hyderabad Briyani. They state that it will be open at 6pm🕕. I can't wait till that so I have searching ice cream🍦 parlour and finally reached destination. Here, it is ....IBACO Ice cream. I have chose butterscotch 🍨 with brownies and almondstopping and my friend chose vanilla with Choco chips and mango chunck topping🍧. It was about 200gms. We paid Rs 261📠 it seems to be costly even brownies are not too good. It was a small parlour and has 20 seats. Ac is not working🚫. It was crowded with people🚸🚼. So it will not suits for couple who needs privacy. To be precise, we can have together but it won't suit for lovers👩‍❤‍👩. Thank you for reading my post Chennai. Having Ice cream at Ibaco especially Avadi location is one of the coolest places I have experienced as they are a customer focused team, proactive and very customer friendly, although it was their closing time they still happily agreed to serve us last time. Indeed they deserve a 5star rating for their best effort. Keep up the good work guys

Shop is on main road ... Shop is small .. At peak hours it's difficult to find table... Sometimes take away is advisable at peak hours.... Good varieties & toppings.. worth to try ..

We tried different branches, which are in Avadi. Small space. Only 3 tables can accommodate. Due to summer, the crowd is more. So people are standing and having ice creams. Not convenient place to have, actually. It's better to take away. Staff also seems to be new. So they are not able to manage the crowd well. They are learning and will surely improve. There were no milkshakes available during our visit. But we had our favorite ice-cream as usual.

I like these icecreams. The quality is good. You can taste the milk in the ice creams and they are very fresh. The flavours are very good, especially the chocolate varieties.

This would not only reduce waiting times but also enhance the overall convenience and satisfaction of guests.

Best place to have ice cream and ice cream cakes, my favorite ice cream is strawberry cheesecake, the flavour will remain even after minutes of having the ice cream, the one thing which I have to mention is customer service, they are giving us suggestions and giving ice creams to taste. Whenever they launch a new flavour of ice cream they insist us to taste it and ask for review. I love ibaco especially avadi branch. 🥰
