Purchased. 1.5 ton split AC worth 40k 3 days back In the name of providing free installation, they send amateurs who do not do a good job. They don't bother to check if the AC is working fine The AC doesn't throw cool air at all. Now I have been trying to reach them over phone continuously last 24 hours, but they never pick up. Very poor customer service!!

Had worst experience in buying tv for a lakh and fridge.... They provide damaged products... When we enquire them for the replacement ... They say they can't do anything... Its not in their hands.... Even Ambattur reliance is the same.... Never buy any electronic product at high price.... They juat neglect the customer after we pay money... And they don't take any responsibility...

Have purchased several appliances from here. Staff are courteous and explain the features well. They also have finance optjo s from multiple providers like idfc, hdfc etc. Abundant parking space though situated in a busy street. They also exchange old products for new one which few may not be aware. Currently few types of printers are out of stock, probably due to high demand.

I bought an Air-condition 2 weeks ago, while bargaining they said they can't reduce price bcoz there's a smart watch gift along with product. Then after billing they said the gift is out of stock we'll inform once the the stock arrives... I'm calling front office every 2 days but they use to say the same thing, but today I visited the branch directly and asked them for the gift and they issued immediately... Stock came a week ago but they don't want to inform the customers and not letting the customer knows about the even if they call by themselves... Very busy place on a Saturday evening. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They were quick to help us with our queries even though we decided to leave empty handed. Billing is a bit delayed on busy days with lots of people crowding the billing counters.

Worst service I ever come across in any reliance outlets. I bought AC in Reliance avadi and it had leakage issue twice. I called the customer service multiple times and it took 20 days to fix a gas leakage. I don't recommend this outlet for anyone. At last I spoke to the branch manager and it got fixed. There is no coordination between Reliance avadi and service center. They blame each other and end of the day, customer are the jokers. NEVER EVER TRY THIS OUTLET.

Bought samsung French door fridge costly within one year compressor and board issues needed to service 7500 now.. warrenty crossed few weeks back only but not agreed in Samsung..very very worst experience..people are believing and buying products no proper response.also after one year problem in machine the given mobile number for reliance is switched off..very stressed bcz of this experience with reliance avadi and samsung.☹️☹️☹️

We worst customer service. We got Samsung washing machine on 2019 with five years warranty.3 years with Samsung 2 years with reliance warranty paid around 4800 rupees for this product after warranty ends with Samsung we got some issues with machine and we have warranty with reliance digital since I have complaint before two months to reliance customer service Executive Pavithra still now we have not even received any response so before buying products in reliance digital beware of the this AMC scam better take extended warranty with the same product manufacturer.

Purchased brand new Sony Android TV Service was very good Delivery very fast, next day I got the TV. After Delivery within 3 hours installation completed by Service person. TV demo and gave proper explanation

In avadi.staff behaviour not good.i was Visit.i was purchased 2 Lac Above.Items last 5 month But.Not Giving any Gift Or Any Complimentary item...I promise .next time Not Visiting.This showroom..I swer ..My advice.all Coustomer.plz Don't Go this showroom.Beter options Many more showroom in Avadi..but don't go.Relince.

I bought vivo v25pro in reliance digital avadi on vivo v25pro launch. They said vivo Bag and speaker gift. But still now i dnt received call and gift.

I was guided by a guy for consumer loan for an apple phone. That guy said I will sell it outside and give 25% lesser amt. One sales rep supported me for idfc consumer loan. One guy who is not even working in the showroom is co ordinated by a sales rep. I am still waiting for rest of the money. I don't know if the branch incharge is aware of these things. I have paid 3 months of my idfc consumer loan emi. So strange...
