I
walked
to
the
hostel
from
the
train
station,
and
the
welcome
drink
they
offered
me
while
I
waited
for
my
check
in
to
be
processed
was
just
perfect!
I
stayed
in
a
bunk
bed
in
a
mixed
dormitory
room.
The
room
was
clean
with
a
nice
view,
the
bed
was
clean
and
comfortable,
with
hooks
and
a
hanger
for
personal
use
as
well
as
available
outlets.
The
bed
curtain
provides
much
needed
privacy
and
protection
from
the
lights.
There
is
a
common
area
with
free
drinking
water
at
the
welcome
area
where
they
check
you
in
or
out,
but
my
favorite
is
the
common
area
at
the
upper
floor
which
also
doubles
as
the
breakfast
room
in
the
morning;
nice
views
from
the
terrace
at
night,
and
I
enjoyed
just
sitting
quietly
with
my
book
there.
The
food
selection
for
breakfast,
although
not
a
lot,
was
varied
and
filling.
In
any
case,
the
hostel
is
a
few
steps
away
from
the
Han
Market
where
you
can
get
super
cheap
bun
cha
ca
and
others.
The
hostel
also
offered
awesome
laundry
service
--
my
clothes
smelled
so
nice
and
clean
for
a
cheap
price!
The
only
glitch
in
my
otherwise
wonderful
stay
was
when
I
decided
to
take
the
Joy
Bus
offered
by
the
hostel
to
Hoi
An
instead
of
taking
the
(in)famous
public
bus.
I
thought
it
would
be
a
private
bus
with
just
people
from
the
hostel,
and
that
we
would
be
picked
up
from
the
hostel
itself.
Three
of
us
decided
to
take
the
Joy
Bus
option.
The
receptionist
got
us
a
Grab
to
get
to
a
certain
location,
the
Grab
driver
mixed
up
the
directions,
we
ended
up
somewhere
totally
different
--
the
receptionist
was
able
to
rectify
the
mistake
after
we
reached
out
to
one
of
our
new
friends
in
the
hostel.
The
Grab
driver
then
drove
us
to
the
right
location
where
a
public
bus
was
waiting.
It
was
a
cool
experience
riding
what
looked
like
an
overnight
bus
(there
were
two
levels
of
bunk
bed/chairs
where
you
could
stretch
your
legs
as
you
sit
and
you
had
to
take
off
your
shoes
once
you
are
inside
the
bus)
in
Vietnam,
but
it
was
still
a
stressful
experience.
