From
the
airport
transfer
to
the
goodbyes
in
the
lobby,
our
stay
was
nothing
short
of
excellent.
Without
exception,
every
interaction
with
the
hotel's
staff
was
full
of
warmth
and
a
genuine
willingness
to
please.
Perhaps
one
of
the
most
remarkable
facts
is
that,
despite
the
immense
size
of
the
property
and
the
sheer
number
of
guests
staying
,
there
was
warmth
and
a
personal
touch
in
all
our
interactions
with
staff.
I'm
not
sure
how
they
pulled
it
off,
but
it
was
impressive.
The
rooms
have
wonderful
river
views.
I
would
recommend
paying
extra
for
a
suite
with
river
view.
You
get
an
incredible
view
and
a
bath
tub
thrown
in.
Breakfast
felt
like
an
executive
lounge
affair
as
the
tour
groups
eat
in
another
venue.
The
spread
was
the
usual
Asian
buffet
affair
with
a
few
Spanish
touches.
The
gaspacho
was
as
good
as
anything
I
have
eaten
in
Spain.
The
pool
was
enormous
with
fantastic
views,
especially
at
night.
The
trip
to
the
beach
took
5
minutes
in
a
taxi
and
cost
about
50,000
dong.
Never
a
problem
finding
a
taxi.
With
an
apology
to
the
fine
young
gentleman
with
whom
I
spoke
about
gaspacho
and
tortilla
during
our
final
breakfast
since
I
don't
recall
his
name,
the
most
remarkable
members
of
staff
were
the
following:
Long,
Hieu,
Uyen,
Trang
and
last,
but
certainly
not
least,
Mr.
Dalena,
who,
without
doubt,
will
have
the
pick
of
where
he
chooses
to
work,
based
on
a
phenomenal
willingness
to
ensure
that
everyone
has
the
best
possible
experience.
I
can't
think
of
one
negative
comment
about
my
three
days
in
the
hotel.
Btw
incredibly
reasonable
rates.
