The next day I had to text and ask again to get a response even though I had seen the message. When there is a problem that needs to be resolved, texting is nowhere to be found. Called but not picked up. If you want to talk directly to the staff, you have to climb several flights of stairs up and down. Not proactively giving check-in information. You have to send a text message to apologize before giving it. But I was given the wrong password for the door to the room. Staff? gathered in large numbers but texted the whole time before replying. 3. Cleaning The hygiene here is very bad. When I checked in, the first thing that hit my nose was the musty, musty smell. Mattress and bed sheets are sloppy. There is also a bin above the sink to hold used toilet paper and trash from previous guests. The bathroom is smelly and there are towels used by other guests. Even the sink was full of toothpaste foam and water stains. Trash cans are of course not always cleaned. Slippers were also thrown around everywhere. No tissues. Because I was given the wrong door password, I had to call the staff up. At that time, the staff looked into the room and saw that so they gave me new towels. The sofa always stinks and I don't dare sit on it. The projector's wifi worked for 2 days then it said there was no internet connection. I didn't bother calling the repairman because every time I called, I had to climb the stairs every time. The inside of the refrigerator is dirty and there is trash. 4. power outlet There are none next to the bed or on the sofa. Only the corner of the kitchen is a bit cramped. Who needs to iron their shirt or dry their hair? Charging the phone is a bit inconvenient. 5. poor soundproofing room. Imagine sleeping and hearing footsteps in the hallway or someone else's phone ringing. music in the other room. 6. often bothered because home may have given his room number to another tenant. So while I was resting in my room, I heard the sound of opening the lock and taking out the key. And there's also the key even though I got it before and am using it. The other guest opened the door to my room and I pushed it open and the other guest was also surprised. And I'm worried about security issues. The only thing that can save my mood is probably a lot of decor at home and an essential oil diffuser (although it can't cover the musty smell).
