Our stay at this hotel was a massive disappointment. The name retreat really is misleading, when we arrived the hotel reception was chaotic and even the check in staff said I know you came for a retreat but it’s very busy here! Once we were taken to our room it was very tired, the floor was dirty and there was residue from where repairs had been carried out previously. We stayed in one of the pool villa rooms and when we got to the pool we noticed that it was overlooked by another room therefore there was no privacy. The rooms are designed so close to each other which means you can hear everything from other rooms, we had some very loud neighbours who insisted with walking around their room and up and down the stairs in high heels, screaming and running around kids at midnight and 6am. Almost 80% of the staff are unable to converse in simple English which make it very difficult to get assistance nor order food on their very limited menu. There are 2 restaurants and both didn’t offer variety of choices for us, bearing in mind the nearest food place will be 20-30 minutes drive - so this definitely leave us with not much choice. As for the spa included on our booking, timing offered was so inflexible that we could not use all 5 of them, instead we only get to use one. Unfortunately on the day we went to use it, there was someone that open our door during the massage. The rest of the days we were exchanged to an afternoon tea - which could barely classify as anything as it only has 2 pieces of half a sandwich, 8 very sad pcs of cake (if you even want to call it that) and some very old cookies. Overall people must avoid this hotel/resort if you want an enjoyable, relaxing holiday.

THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL EVER. The service was the worst even though it was the most expensive one among the hotels I've stayed in Vietnam. This hotel has two types of accommodation, a pool villa and an apartment, and we had to book an apartment-type suite since all villa types were fully booked. When we arrived at the hotel and checked in, the receptionist said we had to go to the reception of another building because we booked an apartment-type room. But she spoke as if we made a mistake. How can we know if there are two receptions at this hotel at our first visit? And even they didn't ask us what types of room we booked in the first place. So that we went to the other reception and checked in again, and the staff told us to wait until 2 o'clock because the room was not ready yet. Originally, it was possible to check-in from 2 o'clock so we understood and waited. But even after two o'clock, the room was not ready and no one asked us to wait a little longer. Eventually, we went to the front desk ourselves and asked if the room was ready. Only then, the staff tried to check the room and said that please wait a little longer. The lobby was very hot with no air-conditioner. It past 2:30 and we asked the staff again and only then she gave us a room key with very cold face. We reserved a room for four people, but they gave us just ONE room key. Moreover, she gave us no information at all about the hotel like where the restaurant and pool located, the breakfast time, or what facilities we can use. we didn't complaint anything and just went up to the room because we wanted to escape from the hot. But it was so uncomfortable with one room key as we were many people so that I went down to the front desk again and asked for one more room key and back to our room but the key was not working.. so annoying.. the lady at the reception was so cold and doesn't speak or know any English.. When we were asking about shuttle bus she just staring me and didn't answer and talked with other staff in Vietnamese language that we never understand. The only mistake I have made is that I booked this hotel..

If you visit this hotel thinking it is a proper 5-star hotel, you will be disappointed. You would do well to assume that this is a 4-star, family-friendly hotel. 〈Spa〉 I would advise you to book in advance as that spa tends to be booked up. But the therapists have good skills. 〈Room〉 The villa with pool is lovely. But there were some small problems like the safety box was locked and not usable, and there were not enough amenities. And in sufficient room cleaning. 〈Breakfast〉 Noodles are delicious and you should definitely try them. The taste of the rest of the breakfast menu was average. Too bad the restaurant floor is dirty.

I donno how to express my feeling exactly here because It only happen in an hour after check in and write down review here. When I check in, receptionist even not looking at us, keep watching monitor screen and answer to us. And I never been heard that hotel not provide spare card by customer request. Then when I call for book the night seafood buffet, staff just speaking Vietnamese and even hang up my phone. What’s wrong with you guys? Lets me see what will gonna happen til check out here. Will share more extreme story of you later :)

Really bad experience. We booked a 3 bedroom villa but it was not properly maintained. The TVs and telephones in bedrooms did not work. Staffs are not well trained especially the front desk ladies. They performed a really poor etiquette that made me furious several times during the stay. I paid for 5 star resort but received a 3 star service.

Overall, I'm satisfied. First of all, eco-friendly resort policy is good. And it was nice to see the employees trying their best to help. Especially, the female staff at Pool side bar remembered me and it was impressive. I wanted to buy the ceramic products in the room because they were luxurious, and the staff at the boutique shop helped me to buy them. We would like to thank the female staff at Sunlit apartment reception and the male staff at the entrance. I'd like to visit again next time.

Such a disappointment. I expected a decent resort experience but it has been a let down since our arrival. We had reservation in both apartment (3 bedroom sunlit and 3bedroom garden villa): - It is in the middle of nowhere with construction site right next to it, which means pollution. the location is so far from the center. I wish i did a more thorough research about this - The welcoming lobby look small, and weirdly situated. - The staff is okay but it is very understaffed. It was raining when we arrived (with a 6 month infant!) but nobody was around to bring us umbrella. When I was in the apartment, I called the reception 3 times and no one answered. - Both apartment and villa looks old and not clean at all. I found a dead cockroach in the bedroom and some dead bugs near the stair of the villa (forgot to take pic since I was so mad). The tv shelf is half way dropped. Most sockets are either out of order or about to fall off from the wall. You can find stain and crack almost every where (wall, on the floor,…. ) - there is a microwave in the villa and we are not allowed to use it?! I needed to use it to sterilize the baby’s bottles. They told us to go the hotel kitchen to use the microwave?! - pricing of in room dining is insanely expensive yet not worth it. The burger with wagyu beef is more than 300thou vnd , regular sandwich is about more than 200thou vnd. I dont expect the price to be low but this is way too high - the appliances dont function well anymore. 2 phones in our villa are broken. I had to press the tv remote several time just to turn it off. The light in the apartment room wasn’t stable either. Hot water takes forever..not so ideal to bath your infant child .. The pros, anyway, are (i) friendly and helpful staff, and (ii) decent breakfast. Many trees so pretty scenery. But facilities and amenities sucks...

The resort is dreamy. We stayed at a private pool villa next to the beach and everything was wonderful. Helen was extremely kind and took care of us during our stay ensuring we had an amazing experience. Thank you to all the dedicated staff!

I stayed for one night at 3bedroom apartment from 9/27~28. The overall experience was very nice, couldn’t ask for more. There are several pools spread throughout the hotel and so the pools were not crowded and were maintained very nicely. The rooms and facilities are also kept very tidy. Also the check-in/check-out process was very convenient. We had a receptionist named “Min” who kindly helped us the whole way through and responded to any questions through messaging app.

Stayed here for 3nights 4 days in November. We stayed in the sunlite room. The resort is very well maintained, clean, peaceful, relaxing. The staff are also all very friendly and helpful, particularly jasmine our ambassador. She was very prompt and helpful with any queries. One thing I would change would be the weather... unfortunately it was raining and super windy while we were there so couldn't enjoy the beach so much. So I would carefully check the weather before coming. Otherwise, highly recommend. Every building here is super beautiful

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my 2 nights stay at Naman Retreat. The common areas were beautifully designed and provided a welcoming atmosphere. The beautiful beach located just steps away from the hotel. The proximity to such a stunning beach was a major highlight of my stay and greatly enhanced my overall experience. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. I would like to extend a special thanks to Helen. Her outstanding service and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable.

I had a great vacation in Naman retreat with my family. We stayed 3 bed room pool villa. I felt that 2 days are too short to spend time in Naman retreat. The receptionist (Helen) helped & support quickly & kindly whenever I needed. I enjoyed free massage, nice view, good breakfast and great pool. Especially the employees are all kind and supportive.

Fantastic resort for relaxing in the Vietnam cost We stayed in a “Villa” that provided a modern and spacious room with a private pool. It is highly recommended option if you would like a more peaceful relaxing experience since there are usually families with children in the common pools. Our hostess, Helen, gave us sensational attention. She was always aware of us, helping us with restaurant and Spa reservations, and making sure that our experience was fully pleasant. The resort facilities are excellent. The private beach and infinity pool are great, the restaurants are good and the Spa service quality is superb.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and it was a very fun and fantastic vacation. The breakfast was very delicious and the facilities including the swimming pool were very good. All the staff at the hotel were kind, too. In particular, an employee named 'Rose' was designated as my ambassador, and throughout the period I stayed here, she contacted me every morning to make sure there were no inconveniences, and she responded very kindly and quickly when I had any questions or requests. If I come to Da Nang next time, I will select this resort again. This resort is highly recommended.

I had an excellent retreat to this resort. The restaurants are top notch with unique architecture and unforgettable view. My room is spacious and comfortable, but I spent more time outdoor because the greenery is truly amazing. The pools are well managed, clean and captivating, especially at sunrise and sunset. Staff are super friendly, especially Trang Min. She assisted me so much during the stay. I highly recommend this for those who want to have a nice hideaway place.

I used the pool villa in a two-bedroom with my mom and sister. The hotel is in good condition. Thanks to the buggy car service and especially the reception staff "Jasmine", they immediately requested and solved what I needed. Thank you Jasmine^^ And the massage shop staff "Mai" (not named correctly) (12/20 11am room no.2104) I loved her smile and thank you so much for doing your best. I'll come back again next time. Have a good rest.

I stayed here for three nights. "NA-Rose" welcomed me very kindly. She checked every day to see if there were any inconveniences, and immediately informed me of the special information provided by the resort. Thanks to this, I was able to spend every day happily in this beautiful place, and I am 10000% willing to visit again next time.

The room was clean, the restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and I had a very comfortable stay. The best thing about this hotel was that the staff member, Min, always provided incredibly quick and courteous support via LINE, for which I am very grateful. Thanks to you, I was able to spend wonderful days with peace of mind, and I am very satisfied.

Ha (White Angle) is the most tentative and skilled nurse I have ever experienced. I have never come across a hotel with a nurse service before. I would recommend this resort to anybody looking for a memorable experience!

We stayed for 3 night in Naman, and we met Helen. We really appreciate how she works for us. She always checks us carefully, And when we ask something to her, it was so perfect and quick. So we never really had inconvenience ashen we were in Naman. Of course the room, bed and swimming pool was amazing as well, One of the reason why we think Naman is the best resort in Danang, I think it was service, we’ve been few hotels and resort in Vietnam and other countries, but Naman was really the best I ever been. I’d like to say thank you to Helen again. It was really amazing and perfect, if we come to Vietnam again ,we will stay in Naman again!

I selected Naman Retreat Resort for my first international trip with my child, and it turned out to be the perfect choice, creating wonderful memories for our family. The overall atmosphere of the resort, the quality of service, and the friendliness of the staff were exceptional. What stood out was having a dedicated manager, Helen, who assisted us through KakaoTalk, ensuring continuous support. Helen, our manager, was incredibly friendly and committed to ensuring our trip was enjoyable and worry-free. While my wife and I were getting a massage, Helen explained the kids' class to us, ensuring that our 7-year-old daughter could have a great time. She assisted me in making the reservation, and to make us feel at ease during our massages, she took pictures of our daughter playing and sent them to us Every action she took left a lasting impression on my wife and me. From her thoughtful morning greetings to explaining the weather, Helen demonstrated genuine dedication to enhancing our travel experience. Thanks to her, our family enjoyed Naman Retreat Resort to the fullest, and we're eager to visit again. My daughter even mentions missing 'Helen.' Thank you, Helen, and thank you, Naman Retreat!

All the little detail was done right. A very good resort overall. Food 5/5 Facility 5/5 Service 5/5 Just be mindful of the shuttle bus schedule, the bus was late for 30 minutes which cancelled out all of my spa bookings on the day.

The retreat looks clean, green, and modern. The area is not so big but enough for a vacation. There is a beach and pools. There are villas with private pools and flats. Staff are nice and professional. There may be invoncenience like reception at the apartment may close at 18:30 so customers may have to walk to the main reception. Rooms may be old as I encountered technical issue with the air-conditioning. Bathroom does not have blanket or shower room so water may get splashed on floor.

In overall, the experience was good. Our family stayed there for 1 week during Lunar New Year Holiday, and everyone was happy with the service and the cleanliness of the hotel. I was also impressed of the hotel’s effort for environment. The reason for 4 star rating is for breakfast buffet. The food wasn’t changed much by days. The two first days were nice, but from the 3rd day, we got quite bored with the available options. In addition, we wish that there would have been more Tet activities.

The staff were friendly and the resort was beautiful and nice. It's been a good 10 days. It was so good that the Ginny staff spoke Korean and took care of what I needed late at night.

Throughout my travel experiences I have never been so annoyed like I did with this resort. Staff at much lower-rated establishments I have stayed at had better attitude than the staff at Naman. The check-in time was 2pm, yet at 2:30pm when I called the front desk (was waiting at friend’s villa) they told me they needed 45 more minutes to finish cleaning. 45mins passed by, no one called us. We had to call them and they told us to wait, they would call us back immediately. After a while, my husband walked to our villa to find the cleaning crew had already finished. I had to call them AGAIN to tell them that we can see the room is ready, can we come in. Until then, we were instructed to enter our villa. The front desk did not call us even ONCE to inform us on the status of the villa. Then on our check out day, the front desk staff was rude, giving me attitude and side-eyes for a simple check out request even though the checkout desk was free? Seriously would have been a decent stay despite some faulty facilities in the villa. However, with the unprofessional customer service from the front desk staff, I would not come here again.

We were so impressed with Naman Retreat. Upon check-in we were greeted by Candy who was so friendly, welcoming and offered us valuable information about the resort and our stay in general. We stayed in the pool villa which is well located within the resort, very well appointed with super comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. There was also a welcoming bottle of wine in the villa which was a very nice touch. The buffet breakfast in the HayHay restaurant was outstanding with both local and international cuisines available including great coffee. The HayHay restaurant offers authentic Vietnamese cuisine for dinner which was fresh and very well priced. The beachfront pool area was a great way to spend the day with poolside service, good music and plenty of sun lounges. The poolside restaurant is also beachfront with a great view and the menu consists of local and international food and fantastic cocktails. The staff were happy to make any cocktail even if it wasn't on the drinks list - and they made them perfectly! The Day Spa in the resort is world class. We highly recommend this resort and will be back again. AAA+++

Fabulous Resort, a 10 day Luxury Escape package, great romantic atmosphere for couples, lovely dining by the pool, fabulous music by the 'Charades'. Chau was our ambassador and checked with us each day to see if everything was OK. We chose a pool villa, had wonderful massages. The food was amazing, 3 areas and menus to eat. Many areas to relax, by the pool, on the ocean, some in the shade too. Wonderful holiday. Definitely will return.

Wonderful! Beautiful resort on the beach. The facilities and grounds are marvelous. The infinity pool runs right up to the beach and is fantastic. Spa is a delight with the daily massages, yoga and treatments. The rooms are lovely, modern with beautiful design and nice amenity. Breakfast buffet and food is good, not terrific. Drinks are well made. Service is outstanding! There is lots of staff and very attentive. I will return.

Came for an expectation of relaxing stay but everything went wrong from the begining. The room was very dirty on the floor, private pool with lots of dead leaves, dust everywhere even on the remote control, telephone ... After a phone call with the receptionist, housekeeping were sent to clean it up. A cake and card for service recovery i guess but things were never better. Staffs at pool bar were not friendly, we step in the bar to order but they jst ignored and played with their phone Ordered rib eye (medium) and salmon for dinner but the rib eye went well done and smell strongly of salmon( they use oil after frying salmon to fry rib eye...) Asked to see manager but noone incharge for night shift. This is the reason why so many trouble!!!
