Nice gym. They have a full range of equipment, wash room and toilets. They've always got music playing and the staff are polite enough. Price plans are quite affordable. Its between 300-400k a month, depending on how long you go for. They typically give you some free months on top of your plan. The day time is nice and quiet but things get a little busy around 5 o'clock, as you'd expect. Trainers are happy to help you out with anything, and there are always clean towels provided. It's a good upper-mid range gym!

Good, basic gym. New equipment. The music is not too loud. They leave you alone to work out. Rudimentary shower and locker facilities. 2 elliptical trainers in air conditioned area. 6 treadmills. Month-to-month payment available. A few minutes north of Vincom center.

Probably the best gym overall I have visited during my world trip until today. Every kind of equipment you need and everything in good condition. For leg day you just go up to the second floor. Paid 150k for one week - towels and locker included. And yes: it's hot in there.

This is a good idea for everybody who’s looking for a place to do GYM. The center give customers reasonable price with modern facilities. Although it not big to much but customers will feel comfortable and energetic when they come!

Used this gym for 2 weeks during one of the many covid lockdowns forcing us to stay in our area/ward. It's cheap and they let me pay by the week. That's awesome. It's a basic gym. Equipment is tightly packed in, so you'll be climbing over each other to work out. There's very little space here. No aircon.

It is a nice gym. The equipment is new. They have 3 floors, the 1st floor for the upper body, the 2nd floor for the lower body, and the 3rd floor for cardio. No Ac, but didn't feel too hot. A day pass cost 50,000 vnd.
