Definitely the best hotel we've experienced in Vietnam!! Wow, the hotel was beautiful and clean, perfect location near the beach, the room was big and comfortable with a big bed, clean bathroom, and affordable minibar. Nothing was missing, we felt that someone really took care of all of the details. The best thing was the stuff- all of them were super friendly, smiling, welcomed us and made us feel at home, and helped us very much with everything we needed. We are really thankful! Besides, there's a great swimming pool on the rooftop with a bar that serves great cocktails with a happy hour, and the breakfast buffet was the best we had in Vietnam! We really enjoyed our time there and highly recommend!

I am forever grateful for the kindness and exceptional customer service I received here when the whole world went into lockdown last year. This was the final place that I would be staying at to end my month long stay in Da Nang (or so I thought). The day I was supposed to fly back to Thailand I found out they weren't letting non-Thai Nationals back in due to the pandemic. I was stressed. I was panicked. I was stuck. I ended up being in Sofiana My Khe Hotel for four months due to the lockdown. And it was hard. But the staff took great care of me. In the beginning, I had a lower room with the view of other buildings. But, thankfully, I was upgraded to a higher room where I could see the beach and other areas around me. It was nice to also have their rooftop area when I needed to get out of my room and breathe in the fresh air. - My room had a big, comfortable bed. - You get beautiful robes in your room. - You get room slippers. - The shower was great with good water pressure. - They provide you with a small refrigerator, a tea kettle, two small water bottles, free tea and instant coffee. - The TV had English-speaking channels to keep me company. - And housekeeping kept everything very clean. Since I was there for so long, there were annoyances and frustrations. The structure isn't soundproof, so you could hear the outside construction, or even the people above you scraping their furniture, or people being loud in the hallway. Also, there weren't any blackout curtains. I didn't really sleep very well here. But the breakfast buffet was good when it was open. They have a selection that rotates daily. You can get your eggs made as you like them, but they didn't seem to understand the concept of a runny, over-easy egg. So sometimes I just went with an omelet. I enjoyed their fresh little yogurts and fresh fruit. You could also get a fresh bowl of pho, too. Plus, fresh hot coffee. The pool was fantastic until the days got hotter. Then, it felt more like a hot tub. But the beach is only a five minute walk away. Also, there's no shade on the deck, so it can get pretty hot and uncomfortable. But they offer cold beverages at the bar to cool down with (I went with the fresh vegetable juices). I liked that they had big beach towels if you needed it for the pool or the beach. They also have laundry service if you need it. If you grow tired of the hotel food, there's plenty of marts and restaurants around, or just order delivery from Grab. The day I left, they were so sweet and surprised me with some gifts. And I returned the favor and ordered them two big cakes for all of their help, generosity, and hospitality. Thank you to the loving staff of this hotel for doing their best during such a crazy time in the world. Your care for me was greatly appreciated.

Incredible experience. While this is a 3 star hotel, it feels more like 5 stars. The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and attentive; they go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and welcome. Everything is very clean and feels luxurious. Room was very tastefully designed and cozy. Breakfast buffet is great with lots of options for vegans and vegetarians. Location is perfect, on a quiet side street but very close to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment.

The staff are very, very friendly, so I stay comfortably. The guests were able to get a 40% discount on the massage and it was great. The hotel bedding was very clean, but the soundproof was not good. The breakfast was excellent and the manager was really friendly.

We had a short stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They even arranged a pickup and drop-off car service to Sun World in bà nà hills. Breakfast was great and we highly recommend this place.

The staff was terrific. All of them were gentle and helpful. I was upgraded to a room with a beach view (though it was blocked by some buildings). The interior design of the room was questionable in certain places, but I didn't mind it that much because it was overall nice and comfy. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. Great service for the price.

Words feel short for our stay at Sofiana. The location is perfectly close to the My Khe beach and other attractions are only a 10-15 min ride away. The staff is courteous and extra nice to you. Chris, the Manager, knows English very well and was super helpful to us. He helped us plan our excursions, guided us on local food and taught us how to haggle at the markets! It's like finding a friend in a new country. Other staff may not be fluent in English but like most of Vietnam, they are super nice and willing to help. They helped us arrange a surprise cake for our friend's birthday too! Rooms are spacious and designed for serenity. I personally love a white colour-themed decor. The hotel is super new and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet spread is the winner! Lots of local and international delicacies make it exciting! And vegetarian options are available if you inform them in advance. Coffee is yummy! Swimming pool on the top floor is amazing and overlooks the beach (a little). You'll love this place.

Amazing experience here!!! Beautiful hotel and even better service! The people here made this stay the best! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Richard was our bartender and was OUTSTANDING!! He made the best drinks and served with a smile! :) Jena was so sweet and helpful! The complementary breakfast was out of this world!! Food and coffee was delicious! And the staff of course was amazing! We had a birthday while staying here and the staff surprised us with a cake! Definitely recommend staying here!!!!

I wanted to give 5 stars because the staff are very helpful! However, the downside is our room is a connecting room with other guest. We can hear their (very loud) TV and their noise until 2am plus(until someone tells them to keep quiet) We didn't sleep so well. However, overall this is a good hotel. Recommended!

Value for money stay. There were a lot of food and spa options within walking distance from the hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. One down side would be the rooms vary in sizes, though we booked 2 basic rooms but one was significantly smaller than the other and had minimal sunlight coming through the small window.

The hotel itself was clean, modern and well kept. The room we stayed in was super spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with free toiletries. The bed was very big and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was amazing. The breakfast was also very good. I really liked that they made the eggs fresh to your order rather than pre- cooking. Lots of options for both food and drinks. The staff were very accommodating and polite, they always made the effort to talk to us when we walked past, and even gave us recommendations of what to do during our stay. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting this city to stay here- it is also in a street full of bars/ restaurants and only a 2 min walk to the beach.

Loved our stay at this perfect hotel. It is located near to the beach and the city center is just few minutes by bike. The staff is super nice and kind, I never experienced such hospitality before. SPA service is a must try, if you want to get relaxed and refreshed. The massage ladies were very kind and professional. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. Local and international food variety. Helpful and friendly waitress. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! 😊

Fantastic hotel for the price and location. My first time in Vietnam and the staff was incredibly helpful with everything. The breakfast buffet was varied and overall good quality. My partner and I got a couples massage for a solid price. The rooftop pool was a bit small, but comfortable and the view at sunset is superb. For its size and price, this is one of the most impressive hotels I've been to.

Hotel by the beach with excellent service. However first star deducted because when we came in the bedsheets was very dirty and there was not one, but multiple blood stains. They changed it immediately when I asked but didn’t feel like housekeeping cleaned room thoroughly. Also found a big ward of hair in the bathroom floor. Breakfast buffet was also disappointing, booked the hotel as per the good reviews, but just average breakfast at best. Another star deducted because they charged me 30,0000 dong for 2 water bottles from in the fridge. Was not communicated anywhere in the room prices/information or by the staff that the water in the fridge wasn’t free. Therefore another star deducted due to lack of communication. Last star deducted because the walls are extremely thin. I could hear the alarm of the next doors guest and everything they were saying. Could also hear everything in the hallways of the guests and staff member

I had a fantastic stay at the Sofiana and can thoroughly recommend it. It is a boutique hotel within easy walking distance to the beach and a central but quiet location. I had a lovely room with a view and the facilities were great. The staff were absolutely delightful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Chris in particular but also a shout out to all of the staff. Breakfast is included in the price and the omelette station is definitely worth trying. I can also thoroughly recommend the beauty treatments including the massages and facials. It is well worth it… I felt like a million dollars afterwards. It was my first trip to Vietnam for my niece’s wedding and I have to say the people at Sofiana helped to make it a wonderfully memorable one. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service. There are multiple people to help you upon arrival/checking in. The front desk and everyone there are warm and friendly people. The room itself is clean and modern. There is breakfast available, but I ate out locally to explore the area. The location is right in the middle of the tourist area, with many shops, restaurants and bars. So it can by a little noisy at night and into late night. Overall, it exceeded my expectations for the price range. I tried other hotels in the area, and would stay here again if in Da Nang in the future.

I booked a week here and stayed another week because I liked it so much. It's a block from the beach! The neighborhood is filled with great restaurants and coffee shops. The room is really nice. I love the little desk area next to the window that opens. It's quiet and the bed sheets are soft and clean. The mattress itself is good but I'm only giving it 4 stars. You may like it more than me. The rooftop pool is nice but I wish it was a little warmer. You get used to it though. The complimentary breakfast is very good. Perfect WiFi connection! Nice quiet AC in the room. The staff is really exceptional in every way. I feel like they are friends of mine that really care about me. Great people work here! I also had an excellent massage in the Emotion Spa. I had the "Harmony of Energy Massage." I plan on going back there at least once more before I check out.

Very nice rooms. Stylish decor with very attentive service. Great price for all of the amenities available. However breakfast could use a little extra love 😁 No doubt I will stay again.

The hotel is located in a great location, just a few steps from the Mỹ An beach and the night market. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They gave us a welcome drink when we checked in. The room exactly as photos show with nice design and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet, which was much better than I expected. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, including Phở Gà, which is a traditional Vietnamese noodle soup. I had a great stay here. It is a great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend to stay.

We stay only one night in our Vietnam trip, but we would liked to spend more time. Hotel and their rooms are fantastic. I want to highlight the friendliness of the staff always attentive to anything you need. I recommend it 100%

The rooms were decent and styled well. The location is just perfect. With the beach just 2 mins away. The night market near the hotel. The restaurants. There is also a vegan restaurant nearby which is good. The service of the hotel was very good. In terms they helped with renting the motor bike that helped us move around da nang. 5 star to all the staff

A very nice hotel a block from the beach. First rate hospitality. The staff was amazing. Quite possibly the best customer service I've experienced from a hotel. We were there for Tet and loved our large clean room. I would have given 5 stars except we requested a balcony room and there was no balcony and the pool looked kind of green.

I had a great time in here! The first impression when coming to the hotel is that the staff is very friendly. They’re always willing to help you anytime with smile. The room is beautiful and clean. The hotel’s also near the beach and lots of restaurants and mini mark so I think it is a big advantage. If I have opportunity, I definitely will come back here again !

The staff are amazing here. Like literally amazing. So polite and and helpful with everything. If there’s something you want to do, they will book it for you with no service charge. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The location is amazing. Near ocean and downtown. The only downside was the breakfast, which could have had some tastier options. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time.

Truly a wonderful place to stay. The staff are so attentive and kind. The breakfast has a great variety of both Asian and western food. The food is quite delicious too. The beds and rooms are very comfortable. Also, the location is close to the beach and has lots of restaurants/ bars nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Danang.

I'm absolutely shocked by how incredible this hotel is at its price. The rooms are large, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is amazing and the beach is a short walk away. An extra shout out to the staff who is always kind and gracious. 100% recommended.

I stayed at Sofiana for 4 nights in November. I spent my birthday here and was given a birthday surprise cake at the morning breakfast. The staff were so attentive and friendly, it really made my stay super special. The food was fantastic, the rooms were also lovely and spacious with great amenities. Try out the massages at the Spa! I got full body and my mind was blown! The Skybar has a great view and we were treated to really yummy tasty cocktails by the bar man. Really worth a visit- music was great!

This is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve been throughout all my travels! Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us with different varieties of fruits and a nice cold fruit beverage. All the staff were friendly and as we were enjoying our fruits and beverage, they gave us an explanation of the facilities they offered which includes a massage area, rooftop bar, rooftop swimming pool, and many more! As someone who doesn’t know a lick of Vietnamese, majority of the staff do know how to speak English fluently which was definitely a plus since we had to ask multiple questions during our trip. One shoutout I would like to mention is our bartender at that time, Richard. His hospitality and his compassion is something I cannot forget! We were at the bar everyday and he would recommend us places to go or eat or tell interesting stories! I would definitely say that everyday at this hotel is like it’s own adventure cause there’s always something new and interesting to do. If you ever visit Da Nang, I highly recommend the Sofiana My Khe Hotel & Spa!

Really great and friendly service, okay buffet breakfast, good location quick walk to the beach, and near restaurants. The pool is nice and has a good view, the rooms are designed beautifully. Great value for the price!

Superb staffs that provide best customer service ever. There was a time I overslept for breakfast, I called to check if there happen to be any left over food by chance. The staff immediately offer me room services for food without me asking. This makes up my pleasant stay.

Service was excellent, buffet breakfast was delicious and with adequate variety. Rooms were clean and in good condition. We booked the twin room with city view, but actually you can't really see much, not even the beach, just only the shops downstairs. So not necessary to spend extra for the view. Only unhappiness is that there is lack of privacy for the bathroom. There's a door for the shower area, but no hangers inside. It's directly near the basin section with no doors, so means that drying and changing after you bathe is kinda in the open which was rather uncomfortable. The person sleeping on the bed nearer the toilet would be able to see you coming out and changing, and it was troublesome to have to get them to sit else where for extra changing privacy.

We had a great time with our stay. Excellent staff. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was nice and the location is right next to My Khe Beach. There are many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and you can rent scooters from the hotel and exchange currency. Nice view from the rooftop pool.

Wonderful staff, everyone is so nice and helpful. Hotel is new so everything is modern and clean. Very close to the beach and the pool is not bad. Breakfast buffet is great and items change everyday. You get the kind of treatment/experience that you normally find in places that cost at least four times as much.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Everything was wonderful, especially the staff. Chris at the front desk has impeccable customer service skills and goes above and beyond to make you feel special and cared for. The breakfast staff is very friendly as well. The hotel is well located- very close to the beach! They will provide beach towels upon request too. We stayed for an entire week and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
