They have two locations close to each other. We were at Herbal Heritage. Got the 60-minute four hands massage - excellent experience. They let you choose your scent of oil, and they give you a questionnaire to assess what should be focused on and what pressure you prefer. They check in with you multiple times to make sure you are OK, but it was PERFECT pressure, great speed, lovely smell, and hot stones too! We already booked another appt for later this week 🥰 Great tea and snacks at the end too. May be more expensive than other spas, but absolutely worth it! Never had such a good experience before.

I like how the massage form allows you to express the areas where you want the massage to be more focused / stronger. Definitely a super value add due to the language barrier for foreigners. The massage is very well organised (Herbal Signature) and the masseuse are very professional. Very attentive and extremely quiet throughout the session. We went there twice and both sessions are super relaxing. Would definitely go back again if we had more days in Danang. We did not shower but the toilet are very clean and seems well equipped. Lastly, love the way they place your slippers beside the tables that has all your little snacks waiting for you after your massage session. Can really feel the effort the spa has put in to ensure the best possible experience. Definitely the best massage experience so far, among the various countries around the world. Thumbs up

The best massage and facial experience I’ve had. Thu 9 worked wonders on my massage and the pressure was perfect. Nhung 8 was also amazing for my facial. Both were so silent so I was fully able to relax. Even when I was leaving, the security guard helped me find my car and walked me to the vehicle with an umbrella, opening the door for me. Overall, I truly felt well taken care of and would recommend the Secret of Youth experience.

Hands down the best massage in Danang, Vietnam. The staff are so attentive and caring right from when you walk in there. You’re required to fill out a form informing them how much pressure you would like, and other details. This was really important to me as I bruise really easy and didn’t like the massages where elbows and knees are used to massage. We got the 90 minute signature herbal massage and oh my goodness it was oh so amazing. Once the massage is done, you’re welcomed back with some soup, fruit and their home made coconut crackers. I’m definitely going back here for more massages! PS - they’ve got 4 branches, but they assure me that it’s the exact same in all of their branches.

First time in Herbal Spa in Da Nang. Massage was good and relaxing but not one of best I have had. Place is very clean and staff is very friendly. Welcome drink and after massage snacks are included. At the moment they are running a 60% discount on all packages. 90 min herbal massage for 11 USD (240000VND). I especially like they warming shoes and bags they put on you - usually I get cold feed in massage places - this time I didn't, felt so good. Highly recommended.

Hands down, one of the best massage I had in DaNang. I usually go for Thai Massage option but decided to proceed with their Signature Herbal Massage for 2 hours. It's a combination of all the best massage techniques in one, you get the pressure point, strokes, herbal heat, hot stone, etc. It's a wonderful experience. I am also particularly impressed with their Info gathering sheet, which allows you to select the pressure you want for each area. You get tea on arrival with some snacks whilst they prepare, and then after your massage, they also serve coffee, coconut biscuits, watermelon, and vegetables soup.

Very nice and friendly service. The reception can communicate in various languages. And offer 3-4 languages menu. Payment comes with Visa/MasterCard/Cash and maybe others way I didn’t notice.

Luxury Herbal Spa provided a great massage experience at a slightly higher price point, but the quality justified it. The staff was welcoming, the facility is clean, and they easily accommodated our group of 6 on short notice via WhatsApp. Before and after the service, they offered drinks and snacks. Opted for the four-hand massage (30% discount), which was so good. Some of us with sensitive skin had slight reactions to their products (herbal bags?) the next day, but overall, it was a pleasant experience worth 5 stars.

If you are at Danang and require a massage. Herbal spa is a cheap and convenient option. They have two outlets, just opposite each other. You can buy their massages via Klook. They have an instant confirmation, it’s cheaper than purchasing on the spot. It’s 5mins walk from my hotel, so everyday I am there for different kinda massages depending on your mood and needs. Their foot reflexology isn’t the sit down kind, it’s the Vietnamese style, you lay down in a bed and have your foot massages. Very relaxing as well. There’s snacks served after every massages. Love the small little touch of service. Deco is clean and simple, nothing fancy but good enough for such a budget price.

The customer service was top notch! Thoroughly enjoyed my experience, as I am currently pregnant they catered for my needs and had a specific massage. They even provided snacks and soup at the end of the massage, it was a lovely touch to a relaxing massage. Staff were quite attentive and they even have a security guard at the entrance so you feel quite safe.

One of the best four hands massages + oatmeal facials I’ve had my life it’s not just twice as good but really 10x as good cuz the viet girls are petite both of them sliding up and down and while one works on your upper body the other works on your lower body even during the facial totally worth the $60 for 120 min

The best hour we ever spend. Incredible massage - especially the hot stones! Super attentive, professional and kind staff. A full on experience. They have the best cinnamon tea too, and you’re fed a delicious soup after the most delicious massage. By far the very best massage we’ve both had. :-)

This was the most rated spa in Da Nang, and it did not disappoint. I reached out to them via whatsapp to book an appointment the next day. I did their signature herbal massage, intensive facial car,e and coffee body scrub. The reception and masseuse were very attentive. The massage was strong which I prefer, the good thing is in the beginning they will give you a survey were you can select a Strong or Normal pressure. After the session they gave me soup and fruits to dine in. For the price this is definitely worth it. I will be back again if I visit Da Nang.

All the staff are friendly and polite, of course the most important thing is their massage super duper good, best try in my life so far! Really great staff that is polite and tries to take care of you the best way. Nice drinks before and some fruit/snacks after. We did the herbal massage and the facial treatment. It was really nice. The facilities are also good in terms of the materials and equipment they use. The only reason it's a 4 star is because I have lower back issues and I stated that on the form (their forms are great!), but still they kind of twisted my back and did a 'lift' of my body that ended up making my lower back sore. This is not to blame them, since I should have just stopped them but I think they should pay a bit more attention to such details and not attempt this if they are not medically certified, or ask the person before they lift and say how they will do it and get permission. Again I recommend this place, just adding this information to the host and guests for a better experience. Thumbs up!

Had a long week on the go and was looking on Google for a good place for a massage whilst in Da Nang. Found Herbal Spa to be a good choice as plenty of positive reviews. Wasn't disappointed with my choice. From start to finish was smooth and efficient. The massage was perhaps the best I've ever had. And have had quite a few can assure you. The girl was very thorough and straightened me out good and proper. The soup, tea, and snacks at the end finishes the experience off nicely. Don't hesitate to go, you won't be disappointed. This place is amazing! Such a great experience from start to finish. The staff are amazing, so professional and polite. The customer service is the best I've had. The massage was fantastic too! My masseuse was Thy, and she did an amazing job with my Thai massage. I highly recommend this place and would go back again.

After reading the reviews from others, I had high expectations. The overall experience was decent and the ritual from start to end was nice. However the massage wasn't as good as I expected for this price. It ended 10 mins earlier and it felt they didn't catch the pressure points properly. She was quite a polite masseur so perhaps I am not used to the style. Apart from that, front desk service was very good and at the end of the massage, they place a nice tea, a warm soup, oranges and snacks on the table before you leave. They msg later later as they read this post to offer a return discount but I'm just here for short visit, and so didn't take up the offer. Quite nice for service recovery.

The last time I did a massage was about 10 years ago and I never felt the urge to try again because the experience was average. Herbal Spa makes me want to go to a spa much more often because the experience was amazing. Good use of force, several tools (hot rocks, etc) on top of just massaging. Staff was very, gentle, and zen. Generally focus more on bones (neck, shoulder, spine) rather than muscles (calves, arms) - I only tried the 60 minutes herbal signature so maybe others might include muscles. Will definitely return if I'm in the area again.

One of the best spa in Vietnam. Therapists tried to understand your needs and they are professional and thoughtful. The receptionists are friendly. They accept booking via WhatsApp which makes things easier. Will be going back there again til we leave Da Nang.
