The photos in the offer do not reflect what you can find on site. My apartment looked fresh and well-kept in the photos. When we arrived, we found a run-down apartment that had not been cleaned for a long time, with worn-out furniture and uncleaned household appliances. Cracked plates and bowls. View of the wall. I reported this situation to the lady at the reception, who promised that a maid would come and clean the apartment. In fact, the lady came after a few hours, giving us new dishes and a bottle of diluted Domestos, saying that she would not clean because she did not have time, as she had to prepare other apartments because people were coming. I'm sorry, but what if I'm already here and have to sleep in a mess? They did not keep their word, hence my opinion, and I attach photos to it. I do not recommend !!!

We booked our stay by phone. Upon arrival, we were informed that the staff had not registered the reservation in the system. Therefore, we had no place to sleep. Terrible!!

For breakfast, I drank SOUR orange juice and coffee from an espresso machine that tasted like it was made in a canteen. The ladies served donuts that were not fit to be eaten the night before because they had been lying on the counter all day on the occasion of Fat Thursday. And the best thing at the end - there was nothing hot, so we asked for scrambled eggs in butter, the lady said she could make it, but she only had palm. Terrible breakfast, not worth PLN 25. Maybe it was nice here a few months ago, but unfortunately the rooms need renovation. The sight of peeling wallpaper is not interesting. Dirty towels, dirty kettle, lamps above the kitchen counter full of dust and cobwebs. Nice service is apparently a plus of this place, so the ladies apologized and said they would try to provide better conditions next time. Laughter in the room, who would come again after something like this. :) I haven't been as disgusted as I am today after staying here for a long time. I do not recommend it with all my heart :)

We rented an apartment at Łąkowa 10. It looked quite nice until there was no hot water late on Friday evening. the situation was reported three times on Saturday and three times we were promised that someone would come and fix it - suggested a broken gas heater. however, it was in vain to wait for anyone, because no one showed up. the owner lied on the phone that someone had made the wrong apartment and went somewhere else. so almost the entire weekend, a group of 9 people, including two small children and a pregnant woman, had to heat water in a pot!!! on Sunday, we downloaded the stove's user manual and repaired the stove ourselves. we received the password for the wifi network, but the problem was that there was no such network in the apartment, so there is no free wifi. the area is scary and dangerous, I'm afraid to go outside the yard gate on my own. we received two sets of keys - but in one of them the gate key didn't work and, as luck would have it, the intercom code didn't work at the same time - the lady's explanation - they changed the keys and she didn't replace the key and she couldn't get in herself . The final straw came when our neighbor accused us of parking two cars when there was only one space. of course, it was agreed in advance that two cars would be parked. Overall, it was the worst place we stayed in. I recommend it to those who want to experience survival in the 21st century in Łódź.

The service was a failure. After arriving at the room, it turned out that two men were already living there and the reception was already closed. When we ask for an invoice in the morning with the data already provided in advance, we hear that they will send it because they do not issue invoices on Sunday. I do not recommend

Very convenient, nice service, suitable for young adults as well as families. Good location.

After arriving at the agreed place at Żeligowskiego Street, the lady answered the phone with great surprise that a group of 14 people were asking for 3 rooms that had been booked 2 months earlier. The reservation was also confirmed, and a phone call was made a month earlier to check if everything was OK (the lady said everything was fine). As I already mentioned, there was no reservation, and what's better, the rooms were already rented to other people. The best thing is that we had to spend the stag party on a so-called run up to a certain point. I do not recommend this place for its lack of organization. The only thing the receptionist managed to organize well was the transportation of 14 bags and other things from the place where we were supposed to stay overnight to the place that we had to arrange ourselves. As for breakfast, I can't comment because it didn't even happen.

Zero contact with the facility, the lady doesn't know what the green receiver is for, after half an hour I received an SMS that the reception is not working, how can I help!!!! I received a parking ticket even though parking for guests is supposedly free of charge, after sending a reply stating why I was calling you, there was no contact!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE UNLESS THEY LIKE PAYING FINES. I hope that the pseudo manager will contact me to clarify the matter
