I highly do not recommend this place. I have been a patient of this dental office many times and I am not the only one. Each time the price is different despite the same procedures. Channel ones always need to be tightened twice. And when I mentioned that the amount was slightly different from the previous visit... The doctor was outraged and said that this is the price now and I can finish it in another office. Seriously? This is how I behave and respect my client - private practice? Never again.

I find it hard to believe the stories below. I have been going to Frodent for years, due to the professionalism, knowledge and, above all, the approach of Dr. Konopka and Dr. Dzieniakowski (I have not dealt with other doctors). It's not the cheapest place, they don't have an agreement with the National Health Fund, but I've never been dissatisfied. I feel treated as a partner and with respect, I always receive the necessary information, and the treatment is stress-free and hassle-free, even when there is a queue. I have never had any complications or fillings falling out, but if I did, I would simply come back for advice. I recommend this place and these doctors, especially if someone is afraid of the dentist.

In June I arrived with a tooth in average condition. During this time, I had two visits and paid PLN 800. Unfortunately, after a month the toothache returned, so I made another appointment. The doctor said she would put a bandage on me for a month for control purposes. She didn't do an X-ray or any additional tests. Additionally, the dressing fell out after a very short time. After completely removing the dressing, it turned out that the tooth was in a very bad condition and the current doctor was surprised that it was not treated properly right away. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this clinic, especially when it comes to root canal treatment.
