Great service friendly people who go out of their way to help you if they don't have the item you want they will get it in for you fantastic garden centre if you are into gardens etc etc great kichen and bathroom displays log burners babecues D I Y people this is the place to go to and they'll show you how to go it.They have upgraded in a very big way via a drive through in the timber and hardware departments.All this makes for easier shopping for their customers.Great service right throughout.

I decided to buy a bbq at the last minute. My local store had sold out so I got on line & Opotiki had one! A few phone calls later to Robyn, a click & collect & it was delivered by the owner on his way home from work to my daughters front door!! Wow. Visited Mitre10 Opotiki whilst on trip to Opotiki / Te Raha / Te Araroa (Cape Runaway Lighthouse. Not one of those Mega Mitre10 in big city but I still enjoyed visiting this store and was able to buy few unique plants not available in other Mitre10. Highly recommended if you regularly visit other Mitre10.

This Mitre10 is empty, before corona virus they had better range of goods

A small but well stocked hardware store with an especially nice garden centre.

Don't get Yeats seeds they don't grow. Look and King seeds The staff are great and they have almost everything you need.

Shop is Small, but well stocked. Staff on the floor are helpful. Counters are cluttered, and figuring out which one is being used to serve customers from is confusing. The check out people seemed more focused on chatting, than people in the store.

Collected my 7 fence panels as selected earlier in the week. Instant service from one of the attendants on duty. Including loading them on to the trailer. First time consumer at this Mitre 10 Opotiki.

Staff are really welcoming, had to build my Nan something while I was down and the man in the yard was really cool to talk with. Seems like the staff have a good work ethic which includes customer service! Thanks Mitre 10 Team!
