Usually I don’t write reviews but this one I need to, I didn’t really go to many doctors but I can say you this, this is the best medical centre I have been to, from receptionist to doctor they are very lovely mainly they recognise me every-time I step in. Dr. Andrea is the bestttttt… she listens to you and explains everything to you…. Love your service and work. Thanks

Every time we call we can’t believe how rude the receptionist is! We’ve been going to this clinic for years and still get treated so poorly! The receptionist won’t listen, keeps talking over you rudely and the only way of getting an information from the previous visit is to rebook another visit with the doctor and spend more money. We don’t like writing bad reviews but we are so upset with this!!

What a lovely practice. From the knowledgeable and friendly team of Bernadine and Felicity at reception to Dr Andrea Steinberg. Such a progressive, caring practice which I highly recommend.

Such an amazing medical centre. Doctors are wonderful and really listen to you. Staff have been nice and super clear in communication.

I first found Dr Andrea during a very difficult time when I had a miscarriage and every GP that looked after me was rude and inconsiderate. Dr Andrea on the other hand took time to listen and I felt truly assisted. When she first met my son she held him in the arms and introduced herself to that little newborn "Hi, I'm your doctor" 🥲 I don't have words to describe how kind every doctor tin the centre: Dr Norman, Dr Rachel and the nurses. Everyone so lovely. I don't live close anymore but wouldn't enrol anywhere else. It's totally worth it the trip from Takanini to Ellerslie ❤️

This is a great clinic. We've had very good experiences with doctors, nurses and receptionists. The nurses are very careful and kind when giving vaccinations to our daughter. We really appreciate everyone's care and attention.

I’ll start by saying that all doctors and nurses that I have been in consultation with at this centre are amazing, but I was really let down today. I have been a patient for nearly 3 years now and this morning l called to make an appointment only to be informed very rudely by the receptionist that I’m not in the list of patients anymore, because my previous visa has expired and I didn’t provide my current one. I then offered to send it straight away, but she informed me that now I’ll have to make a new enrolment and it can take up to 10 working days for it to be processed. I was caught completely out of guard, as I didn’t know I was supposed to send that document and I never received any notification saying that my enrolment would be canceled. The lady confirmed she never sent a reminder or anything, because it’s my obligation to remember to provide the document, not hers. I was left speechless.

This is such a well run medical centre where all staff work extremely hard and are so genuinely caring. Felicity on the front desk is always calm and helpful (under much pressure). Thank you to all the team.

I’ve been a patient of this centre for years and have recently had some wonderful service from Felicity the receptionist on the front desk. Thanks Felicity for your kind demeanour. Honourable mention to Dr Ruth Bannister who was wonderful with my eldest child recently. My favourite GP, Dr Paul Norton has been a great help to the family as well over several years. Your Receptionist that sits on the left as you walk in is rude on the phone & not much better in person. Reading the other reviews of others treated this way I am very suprised by your response. You make excuses for their bad behavior saying they are under pressure & stressed. This is no excuse for being unprofessional & rude. I too work in a high pressure environment with the public. I never talk to customers in this way & would not have a job for long if I did.
