Easy on-line booking with clear pre-visit instructions by email. I arrived on time and went straight in, no waiting. The clinic is modern pleasant and very clean. Service was friendly and professional in every way. First time getting ear wax removed by micro suction, it’s way better than water irrigation. A very happy customer. Thanks heaps 👍

I visited today to get wax cleaned out of my ears, after a recent ear infection issue. I'd never had suction before, but it was such an easy, painless process (even if it was a little gross when I saw what looked like a squashed raisin had come out of my ear - ewwww). The whole process took less that 20 minutes and I found Clare to be friendly, professional, and very, very good at her job (one of my ears was decidedly trickier than the other one). I imagine it's quite a specialised field, doing what she does, so I was more than happy to pay $65, which I thought was very reasonable. Instant improvement in my hearing. I'll be back in a year for more of the same.

It was my first experience getting my ears professionally suctioned after normal treatments failed to clear the blockage. The nurse was friendly, knowledgeable and the process was straight forward. I’m thankful and relieved that the procedure was simple, safe and quick, and I think my hearing has been restored beyond the levels I was used to before the blockages.
