I had an appointment and I was asked to wait by the H counter. The lady at the reception was not specific in where exactly to wait at so I waited in front of the counter. No one called me after 40 minutes so I asked and they said they were waiting for me and I never came. The normal thing in any hospital is to call the patient, but in this hospital it seems like patients have to figure out themselves. I don’t care if this is a “celebrity hospital” the staff is horrible.

Price has increased again but I am regret to say that the high price did not match the services. Some doctors (including those famous one)were impatient and arrogant. Some nurses were not so nice as others. A little bit regret that I chose it because it is famous.

This hospital does not allow the father to enter the hospital and join the mother during labour and birth. It is a tremendous psychological and physical challenge for the mother to be. The father can only see the mother and his new born baby after they leave the hospital.

We visited Aiiku clinic international unit. There are two Gynecologist, Dr. Sakamoto and Dr. Sen. I strongly recommend not to visit Dr. Sen as she is not friendly, patient and experienced enough. But Dr. Sakamoto is amazing and renowned. All the times we visited him but two times due to his busy schedule we visited Dr. Sen and we got so disappointed.

I had submitted a birth plan in advance stating that I wanted to photograph the first cry during childbirth and had obtained permission to do so, but at the time of the birth, a female nurse told me not to take photographs, so I had to submit documents in advance and obtain permission. When I explained that he was receiving medical treatment, he threatened to leave the pregnant woman in labor alone and kill her, saying, ``If you don't stop filming, he won't perform medical treatment.'' To be frank, this is not the way a normal member of society would react. It can be said that this is an organization where there is no coordination between administrative staff and the field.

Compared with two years ago, the food provided in the hospital has improved a lot. Although it is not very delicious, it can be felt that the hospital is working hard to improve. The special room in the nursing center is spacious, bright and warm, and there is enough space for family and friends to come over. The nurses are very attentive and kind in caring for mothers and newborns. They will try their best to meet any requests. The entire admission process was very reassuring.ありがとうございました.

I brought my daughter here to see a specialist and we were treated well and the DRs were great. Interior of the hospital is nice and clean and staff is great. It us also helpful that the hospital is located next to a nice play park .

I was in the hospital for 8 weeks due to preterm labor and then had a scheduled caesarean section. Everyone who came to see me said it was like a hotel. The staff are young, but kind and well-educated. Although the teachers were divided into two teams, we were able to share information so there were no problems. The only inconvenience during my stay in the hospital was the lack of Wi-Fi, but the TV was free and I could take a shower every day, so I was able to spend a comfortable time. Meals are prepared over the course of two weeks, so it can get boring if you stay in the hospital for a long time. I was able to talk to a nutritionist and have them make some changes. Hospitalization costs were 240,000 yen (4-person room), 450,000 yen (2 weeks MFICU + 1 week 4-person room)/1 month. 1.01 million cesarean sections (20,000 postpartum private rooms). After giving birth, there are various painkillers available, so a caesarean section is okay. A pharmacist will also be available for consultation. We will confirm your wishes regarding breastfeeding. Since I had decided from the beginning that I was going to give birth with care, I didn't have to transfer to the hospital due to threatened premature labor, and I think I was able to undergo a caesarean section with peace of mind. Delivery costs are high, but I think it's worth leaving it to us if you only give birth 1.2 times in your lifetime. A one-month checkup for both mother and child costs 10,000 yen at Aiiku Hospital and 9,500 yen at Aiiku Clinic.

It can't be helped because it's a large hospital, but the quality of the nurses when I went there was the worst. It was a hospital where you could feel like you were alive with care in the special room. I don't have much contact with doctors, so I wasn't too concerned about their treatment. I have many allergies, and although I don't have anaphylaxis, I do have food allergies that make it difficult to breathe. I was hospitalized for a breech baby a little over a month before giving birth. Allergenic ingredients were found in hospital food three times. The person in charge would just come and apologize and tell me to be more careful from now on, which happened many times. I didn't want to make things worse since I'm still indebted to you. Now that I think about it, it seems impossible to make a pregnant woman eat allergy-containing ingredients three times. I still feel like I'm not feeling well and it's the worst. anyway Basically, I felt that the quality of the nurses was poor because I spent a lot of time interacting with them. One nurse told me that the private room I'm currently in is the same room where pregnant women who have miscarried often. he said with a laugh. It was sad that someone would say such words to a pregnant woman. In addition, other people complained about the staff and spoke badly of the patients.I have been under their care for about a month and a half, and I have met dozens of nurses, but they have never been so kind to me. There were only two people. I thought it was Mammoth Hospital, where the bad relationships were clearly shown. After giving birth, I developed a fever of 40 degrees due to mastitis and was rushed to Aiiku Hospital, but was sent home without any special treatment. One month after giving birth, I had a fever of 40 degrees and couldn't move at all and was leaning against the wall, so I remember being asked to walk home quickly. Most of the nurses didn't have the luxury of caring for their patients. I suffered from mastitis several times and went to other hospitals, but Aiiku Hospital was the only one that treated me like this. I really admired this hospital because it was said to be one of the top three hospitals, but I do not recommend this hospital. I think there are other good hospitals.

Oh this hospital. I dont even know where do i start. As a first time mom, this hospital is the main reason why im having second thoughts of giving birth again. Firstly, I chose this hospital because in Google its well-known for being a bilingual hospital. The website has even an English version. But when I gave birth here nobody spoke English at all except for one nurse who was there only in the mornings. Everytime i went for a check up, randon doctors did not say anything besides "perfect" and "everything is good". I dont know why do they advertise it as a bilingual hospital. Second, on the day of my labour, as I was in deep pain (about 8cm open cervix) i kept scrunching on the bed and asked for an epidural. The anesthesiologist came and secretly pushed me because she wanted to finish the epidural quickly. Third, oh lord the nurse in the labour room was very incompetent. She wanted to insert an IV on my arm but she couldnt find my veins. Guess what? She inserted the needle and tried to find my veins while the needle is inside of my arm. Fourth, as a first time mom came from overseas, my expectations were different. I didnt know that there will be a real "mom training" after giving birth. As what i knew, after giving birth the mother will have time to rest and recover. But hell no. In this hospital, they will make your life harder. Believe me, once youre on your labour, you will never have your rest time again. They will constantly ask you to breastfeed and be with your baby 24/7. You can only leave your baby to the nursery room when you shower and thats it. I mean i get it if the cost of this hospital is not that high. But spending a high amount of money, i expect a better service.

There are many incredibly happy pediatricians. The teacher is also kind, but she seems to be better at laughing out loud than saying anything sensible. If it was a situation you could have just laughed at.

I think this is especially good if it's your first baby. Considering the high level of skill of the medical staff and the thoroughness of postpartum guidance, the cost-effectiveness was extremely high. Immediately after giving birth, I was confused because I didn't know how to hold my baby, but the midwife gave me advice every time I took care of her, such as changing diapers, breastfeeding, and selecting the amount of milk for mixed feeding, so I was able to leave the hospital with a stable feeling. is completed. P.S.: At this hospital, instead of asking the midwife in charge to make milk for you, you go to the neonatal room and specify the amount and have them make it for you. The reviews about the midwife not bringing milk may have been confused with another hospital with the same name... However, newborns cannot digest some of the components contained in milk properly in the first few days after birth, so they are likely to become constipated if the amount is too large. Therefore, I think it is better to consult the midwife in charge of the day about the amount of milk.

Very good service, really thorough, detailed examination and very caring attitude towards patients. Doctor didn’t speak English fluently, but there are interpreters on the floor that take you through each step of the examination and accompany you in your conversation with doctor so that everything is clear and understood. No rushing the patient and very calm, caring atmosphere

Thank you Aiiku Hospital🩷 for delivering our angel safely to the Earth. This hospital has one-stop solution for a primigravida like me and my husband. We had positive experiences from pregnancy to post-labor care. We had impression that this hospital supports natural gentle birth. ❤️The staffs are dexterous, professional, polite, communicative, and kind at heart. (Both medical and non-medical staffs). ❤️The hospital has complete facilitation and 24/7 services provided. 70% of my birth bag were not used. The way the staffs kept coming back and forth to see me and the baby in the room, took a very meticulous care for me and the baby, plus the delicious food that can be adjusted to my needs as a moslem, these made me felt like being hugged by a mother-care. Monitoring both me (mom) and the baby feeding time. One of the nurses even came after midnight checking I took the supplements 🥰🤭. Both our parents (my husband and my parents) were so grateful that their grandchild was being under such gentle and proactive care✨

I gave birth to my first child here because they offer painless delivery 24 hours a day. It is often said that unexpected things can happen during childbirth, and I too had some very near-miss moments when my baby's heart rate slowed during labor and my newborn suffered asphyxia immediately after delivery. However, in case of an emergency, the doctors did their best to help, and there was an N next door, so I was able to give birth with peace of mind. safety first. ☆−1 is one unfortunate midwife in LDR. Despite being aware of the risks involved in having a pain-free birth (and even watching videos to study beforehand), many people say, ``The pain will ease for the mother, but the child will continue to experience it,'' and ``The birth will take longer.'' There was a midwife who spoke the Kansai dialect and kept saying, ``I can't go,'' and I was like, ``Huh? What do you want to say?'' It may be a small thing, but the timing was quite sensitive, so I was annoyed. Other than that person, there was no one I felt bad about! Also, it is said to be a breastfeeding dojo, but I had a lot of bleeding during childbirth, so I had to stop by the doctor for everything except colostrum, so I didn't have much trouble. I wanted to raise her with milk, so I'm okay with the result. The food was really average, but the website states, ``In order to further increase the level of satisfaction with the meals, we will be changing our subcontractor from April 1, 2020, and will gradually change the menu.''

She was supposed to be given anesthesia, but even though she complained of pain, the anesthesia was administered too slowly, so she ended up giving birth without anesthesia. Additionally, the perineum was incised without local anesthesia. It hurt so much that I screamed. Furthermore, they tried to stitch me up without anesthesia, so I got mad and cried out that it hurt, and then the anesthesia seemed like a pain. In the first place, painless delivery failed, so please at least administer local anesthesia before cutting. In fact, it's too barbaric to be able to do scissors without anesthesia. Are they okay with having their genitals chopped off with scissors? The blood test at the time of delivery even included the blood type that had already been measured at the prenatal checkup, so I was wasted money. There was a scary midwife who wouldn't let me get milk because she was pushing me too hard, but luckily someone else came to my rescue and I was safe. But I don't think it's good for people to be harsh on their mothers. Hospital food was good. Breastfeeding instructions were also detailed. However, I wish everyone would have had to learn the technique of squeezing by themselves. Later, I suffered from mastitis. It was very easy to dress the baby. I bought it and took it home.

Pediatric teachers can be hit or miss. Some doctors are overbearing, and they don't give me enough tests, so when I went to my local doctor, they tested me right away, and twice it turned out to be adenovirus and influenza. There's only one teacher I can find, so I won't go there again.

I had my first baby here as a foreigner with very limited Japanese skills after Dr. Sakamoto took care of my pregnancy before transferring me here for the birth. It was a great experience and everyone took great care of me during and after my somewhat high risk delivery. Loved the doctors and the midwives. Everyone was so kind and comforting. Thank you very much everyone at Aiiku! I will never forget this!

Delivered my first baby at aiiku hospital I asked for epidural because I was tired with the pain. My body was shaking from all the pain I had to deal with, so I didn't feel bad needing some pain management help. They called in the anaesthesia guy and I think it took around 1 hour to get me set up for the epidural medication. (It will feel like forever when you have contractions wrecking your body ) thankfully the anaesthesia worked as it should and my lower part was numbed sufficiently I could take a break and slept around 12.30am. They pushed my belly and it hurts a lot but at least it got the job done and the baby came out around 7.30am the next day. Nurses were very helpful and taught me how to carry baby and breastfeed the baby. I don't think I had felt alone as the place is bustling with people (mommies and nurses and babies). If you want to take a break and rest, let the nurses know and they'll take care of the baby for a short amount of time at night.

I went to a pediatric internist, but the doctor in charge had a bad attitude and had no patience with patients. He asked a few simple questions and let the patient go without doing any tests. I ended up paying over 9,000 yen for medical treatment without doing anything.
