Tidy helpful staff bargains to be had well worth a look

The staff here are very friendly, willing to help and down to earth. I went into the store 2 weeks ago looking for a Maori All Blacks Jersey to send as a gift to my brother in the USA. Seeing as it is Christmas, they were sold out of the size I was looking for. To ensure I did not buy the wrong size, the team compared the jersey to photos I had of my brother and also to themselves and other willing punters. They suggested I NOT purchase the one in stock. They called other locations and even suggested I try their competitor's store if I need it urgently. I did not need it on-the-spot so the store had one ordered for me in the corect size which arrive in 3 days!! They even set an alarm in their phont as a reminder to call me if the t-shirt did/did not arrive. Simly impressed by the outstanding lengths this team went to.

Went to get a shoe that I saw online. Asked the staff for help was told to look myself -no help at all pathetic customer service-27-08-2022

5 stars. Walked in and was helped straight away with my inquiry. Returning my shoes for a smaller size. All done within 2mins. Friendly service and very helpful.

I bought some shoes from here. They were short staffed but they did a great job and I didnt feel like i had to wait long for help. It's a big store and has room to try the shoes on. They have a great selection. I would recommend coming here to take a look and see if they have what you need. The only bad thing is you have to pay for a paper bag. This doesn't seem right if you are buying something expensive. And 50 cents seems like alot for a bag.

Went there looking for my brothers shoes, end up buying the right shoe that he wants/needs sorry forgot to ask the name of the guy was serving us, but he serves us with full knowledge and understanding about the product that we are looking for and meets the needs of the person who needs it, we bought Jordan shoes. I’ve given 5 stars for Jed @the Manukau branch who was soooo helpful today, an item was missing from my order and I was literally in tears because it was meant to be a xmas gift for someone but because Jed was willing to help me straight away, I was so GRATEFUL and really APPRECIATED the way he helped me solve the issue and took away my frustration (last minute christmas gift wrapping is NOT recommended lol) THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH JED! You deserve a GIFT FROM SANTA☺️ and PLEASE MANAGEMENT GIVE THIS GUY A BONUS FOR BEING A SUPERSTAR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON!!!

What can I say, the online website is totally different from whats in store. Real disappointment. Not well stock especially with shoes and clothes according to their website. The thing that annoyed me the most is my order was split and had a lot of messy receipts, and then to go in the store they didn't have what I wanted, just to be told that whats online is not what they actually have in store, what's up with that?? And then to be told that all the stores are franchised?? Sterling Sports you need to actually sell the things in store that you are showing on your website. I wanted to put one star, but because the guy that served us was very apologetic and actually isn't his fault, his service was good, but overall you as a company have let your own staff down.

I would like to tell you how helpful your staff member Danny was to me. I had been searching for a cwc shirt with no luck.Danny searched your store room for me and then ordered one from your supplier. When he found out it would not be delivered until mid March he managed to track one down for me from Sylvia Park branch. As I wanted the shirt for my son's birthday I couldn't wait until March.
