Friendly team ...easy to find products and clean . Plenty of parking

Store looks good and quite crowded even on a weekday, shelves were quite full even with customers queues at the checkout, staff were helpful too

The staff here...hands down...the best customer service..friendly, attentive. It's also beautifully presented, clean and tidy. Pity about Tavern Lane being closed as it's a total inconvenience to visit the already out of area supermarket. Took 30 minutes to get out of NW and through the township..won't be visiting again any time soon.

Can be busy with traffic, but if your walking, lol its great. Different range of shops. Can look abit messy, a usual good local place to go. The library is within area. Supermarket is New World. Papatoetoe train station located further down road.

Love old papatoetoe which has a good variety of shops,$2 shop,Gas Station,AtM's,Bakery,plus a nice New World and the R.S.A and library also the laundromat and has plenty of parking.

It's a great place to shop but some staff a not very helpful .

Staff member one particular supervisor has bad actitude .. was rude when I managed to get my whole book of kitchen cookware sticker and wanted my wok that I won.. she made my Blood boil with her horrible service.. always get your recipt from this place

Terrible toilets & horrific. Baby changing table UN-ACCESSIBL. Soap dispenser NEVER WORKS. HUGE trolley loaded with filthy floor mats in it. Security tries to intimidate customers.

Big on eats and without a doubt boasts the Frontline barbers opposite the old railway station building. Frontline in sweet can't beat cuts and whanau vibe in the joint.

Its fine. New world, 2 dollar shops, ATM's, vapes, liquor stores, takeaways, G.A.S station, library & RSA etc. Most convenient is the 24 hour Dairy & Laundromat which also accepts bank cards. I believe I saw a support centre for Islamic youth on the main street (it may not be described exactly that way but does cater for the youth as my memory recalls). I've seen one or more beauty stores. There are public toilets but they've never been open when I've had cause to be interested nor on another occasion when a friend needed them. Lacking any reason to think they aren't operational I can only imagine they must be very clean though I'm not able to confirm that one way or another. If you are shopping & have cause to need the toilets & expect them to be open you should cross your fingers,....or cross your legs.

Well old paptoetoe is very small town but from Chinese shop are very good reasonable price good things and you can save money,expersally this days, very good very nice shop are there to shop and to eat good restaurants.

Very clean and much bigger than it was in the 80s & 90s. The town in general is pretty shocking to me. It looks quite depressing actually

This place is my local. I love this store. I even loved going to the old store. I feel safe going here. Prices are on the high side compared to countdown and plak n shave.
