Overall experience I felt comfortable, happy and safe. The environment was welcoming and peaceful. Customer service from the staff were great. Communication was clear. Best dental place I’ve been too in a while. Would highly recommend and I’d somewhat like to go back there again ☺️ Dr Chase Stephen’s was clear about the procedure and making sure I was ready, comfortable and good and he did an excellent job. Came in nervous and scared but I left happy and relieved. Prime Care Dental staff were amazing

I always get anxiety attack whenever I go for any dental procedure, but my dentist at Primecare, Papatoetoe showed a lot of patience and treated me in a very professional manner. They also have an excellent follow up plan whereby a few days later they call to check on how I was doing. Thanks for a great job done.
