Loads of choices of cafe food. Baked yoghurt is one of my favourites. Always busy best to get in before the crowds or book a table. Most dishes are great and would order again and again and few dishes may never order again, based on my liking. Photos of dishes attached.

We had really amazing food on our lunch time visit today. Both adults and kids meals were great portion sizes, and really tasty. Very friendly service from the staff as well. Not too noisy, no loud music so you could have a conversation without shouting. We’ll worth a visit.

A busy and spacious Cafe with nice coffee and plenty choices of food. The price is not cheap but the food is of large portion. Free carpark outside.

Got eggs Benedict and smoothies. The main flavour of the meal was balsamic. Smoothies were so watered down and icy and had just a hint of the flavour advertised. Asked them to make it again and it was the same so I guess they just make bad smoothies. I had been here before I found the quality has just gone downhill. On a positive note the service is fast and the staff are lovely.

The cafe interior was lovely, we sat outside and the breeze was wonderful. Their blended ice mocha was one of the best we've had and their tea comes in a gorgeous teapot and tea set. The food was also amazing, toasted sandwiches were made perfectly and their eggs benedict had a delicious hollandaise sauce and instead of using regular bread they used waffles which made the classic dish a bit unique- highly recommend!

If you want a perfect brunch spot then look no further than Urban soul cafe. Food was delicious, prompt service and attentive staff. My food was perfectly seasoned I had the fried chicken and cheese waffle. The atmosphere was lovely surrounded by friends many friends, families and couples. Give it a try I will definitely be back.

Went for lunch on a Friday for my birthday. Coffee was yummy as you can see in the picture. Had the double cheese burger and really enjoyed it! Will return!

We came here as we always use to come to this cafe when we lived in Auckland. However, not sure if it was an off day or just their standard now. The breakfast muffin was lacking filling but was ok. The coffee however was good and strong. One of the waitresses could use some service skills as we was blunt and unfriendly. But the rest were lovely.

Quality, quantity, service, variety, flavour, presentation. It was all there. Absolutely loved this place, will be back!

Urban Soul cafe has one of the best chicken and waffles in auckland! The potion size is also very good ( lots of chicken)

What a wonderful little oasis in South Auckland. We recently enjoyed a brunch here and were impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness and nice space with plenty of spots to chose from the sit, without being too close to others. The menu has the usual things and not a huge selection However there was also a lovely counter with different foods and cakes too. All looked amazing! So my partner had Creamy Mushrooms, Dark rye sourdough, baby spinach, feta, toasted seeds & crispy shallots. Nice. I had poached eggs on sourdough with sauteed mushrooms on the side and a relish. Very nice too. Both plates arrived quickly. The place is not visible from the road but if you have found the Countdown then turn around and you are in the right place.

Food was so fresh and get wht I expected.. two indian ladies were on front .. they were helpful too .. Wasnt busy though and i did enjoy my Breakfast and coffee both well here.. this place has changes alot as few years back service wasnt good and good was talking so long to come on table but i really Enjoyed this time … atleast got someone close by for good Breakfast 😃 dont have breakfast photos 🙁

Fantastic place for brunch - came back 2x in a row. Everything is well seasoned and presented, nice crunch on the potato rostis, relaxed airy atmosphere, and meals came out very fast every time.

Absolutely loved this cafe in heart of Manukau. They have great variety of breakfast. We had eggs Benedict and Shakshuka. Food was delicious, service was fast, this is going to be regular spot for us.

It's a neat cafe that I didn't know about with lots of seating inside and outside. We came here for a quick brunch where I shared these lovely vanilla pancakes with my friend. The pancakes definitely satisfy a sweet tooth. My other friends also ordered toasted sandwiches and the burger meal of the day. Their portion sizes seem very filling, the only thing was the fries that came with were pretty bland as well as the dipping sauce.

This was our first time here. We stop in at the countdown just opposite urban soul almost daily and always notice this place buzzing with patrons. Yesterday morning, we finally decided to stop in to try their food out. They have a very nice layout. I prefer outdoor seating, and their outdoor seating area is the best. I had the big breakfast and their Tahitian lime soda, and my wife had their 3 egg omelet with a flat white. Best breakfast we've had in ages. We'll priced, and their service was awesome. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. 10/10

My favourite cafe still. been going here for a while but haven’t been in a year or so and the quality of food, service and everything is still high. We were told our food might be a while since we ordered after a group of 30 but the wait was no longer than 15 + mins. Highly recommend this hidden gem :)

Food was great, coffee was even better. Short wait time even though it seemed quite busy, friendly staff.

Nice setting with good outdoor seating. I only ordered an English Breakfast tea which was served in a beautiful teapot. My friends said their food was enjoyable also.

Lovely service and atmosphere. The cafe is really lovely and the decor is nice. Lots of options on the menu and plenty of cabinet options too. The kitchen closes quite early sometimes but you can order from cabinet

The staff delivered the meal without wearing a mask . The hollandaise is splitting and no tasting . The barista made me a large cup of coffee which was not the right size coffee I ordered “Because we run out all our small cup so we made a large size of coffee for you and no extra charge ,”said by the staff .

We're from out of town and chose this place because it was recommended by an article we found online. Well, that article must have been old, or for the other branch of this establishment. My partner and I both got the Buttermilk fried chicken waffles. The service was speedy, but we're pretty sure that's because they microwaved the chicken and waffles. Buttermilk fried chicken should be crunchy, not soggy. And the waffles were old and dry. The best thing about our meal was the hot chips and the orange juice. Then our wait staff couldn't move fast enough to get us out of there. Very disappointed with our experience. Won't be going back.
