Had a fabulous night at Melba with friends. The staff were awesome, great service. Beautiful atmosphere and the food, THE FOOD!!! To die for!!! It is also family friendly, we had about 10 children with us and they also enjoyed their food and were treated very well by staff. Pricing is fair and well worth it. Thank you Melba 😁😁😁

Overall - Nice looking place little bummed, can't say it's bad though. Burger $27 = Not fresh(frozen)?? Was overcooked and dry. The sauce is tasty though. 👎 Calamari? Or squid? = Tasted good - sauce is very gingery for me but not complaining. 🫳 Server asked if we wanted it with the burger which we said yes (double checked aswell), saw a table return their calamari cause of incorrect order, 2 minutes later the same plate comes(saw it sitting there) without the burger(which came 10min later). Some honesty would've been nice but no biggie. Coffee = Coffee 👍

Delish as always, for brekkie or lunch. Never much of a wait here even if it’s busy! Nice outdoor seating. The smoothie bowl is sooo yummy with a good ratio of fruit & muesli

We attended mother’s day, morning. The food is just above average (nothing super amazing). for the food we had, i’d feel it’s more reasonable to pay a couple dollars less (each). However! the 5x stars is for the customer service. I had to call a few times and each time, the staff were always so pleasant. The waiters were awesome and accomodating. We didn’t have to wait too long for our food. When it was time to pay, againstaff was great (they were different to waiter).

Service was a little bit late but understandable, the place was quite busy but not full. Beautiful and friendly staff. Beautifully presentation dishes. Was a bit disappointed that there was not much chicken dishes, because both my mother and I don't eat pork but seriously such a great place to dine. So much space and great location as well. I had chicken & waffles and an Island breeze smoothie. The waffles didn't quite go with the salad that it came with but the chicken was just tender and juicy 🤤 smoothie was yummmyyyy, best I've had in a long time. Really enjoyed my experience here would definitely try a different dish next time.

Good food and service, it can be a bit noisy but I guess that is to be expected. Finding parking is problematic which can be irritating but they make the best caramel latte EVER, the chicken salad is just incredible, tasty pizza, an amazing Angus burger and the smashed avocado is great, as were the fish tacos. I recommend this place for a nice lunch 😁

Lovely Cafe with a nice all day menu. We visited two days in a week as the ambience is so pleasant. Fast service, clean and very friendly. The food is so tasty and varied. Top value for money.

Busy around 11-12 but still got a seat. Great environment with high ceilings and spacious interior. Menu was good, with a variety of food. Service was fine and food arrived super quick after ordering. Portions were big enough for me and had a bit left over in the end. Drinks were to die for. Milkshakes and smoothies (banana and berry esp) were just awesome. Overall good and recommended

Went to Melba Manukau couple of weeks ago, got the chicken waffles which were absolutely amazing, staff were great too, I would recommend booking a table if you’re looking at going in the weekend as they can get super busy. But def recommend going here if you’re looking at having a nice breakfast or lunch catch up with your friends and family!

We had an great experience here in Melba, staff were very accommodating to our need. We had pizza, fried chicken and fruit shakes. Pizza and fried chicken were delicious. Fruit shakes were real fruit shakes and did not add any sugar.

Ordered slam dunk, steak, buttermilk chicken and garlic pizza.. love the portion and taste! Beautiful ambience and friendly staff.

Cafe with lots of seating available. The chicken + waffles on the menu was better than the beef burger. The beef pattie unfortunately was a bit dry. Did appreciate the generous portions!

Literally no complaints at all. This cafe/restaurant is amazing! The staff are super nice and friendly! The speed of service is so quick!!! And the food omg the food is outstanding! Definitely one of the best I've ever had! And it is well presented! It looked like it was to good to touch and the taste Definitely matched the presentation! Even the drink was beautifully presented and tasted just as good! The restaurant is also super nice and clean!

Always a great experience when we come here. Food is delicious, huge selection of drinks and amazing service. There’s usually a crowd so book ahead. Given how busy this place is though I’m amazed at how they can keep up with the pace.

Love the the place, plenty space and seat. Good vibe to have brunch. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food are great and lovely will come back again. Restaurant clean and tidy. I give 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Not forget to mention kids friendly. Thank you MELBA Manukau Auckland. Good job! Recommended!!

Visited this cafe when I came for a vacation to NZ. This place is just amazing. Friendly staff and great ambiance. Service will be little late, but that’s ok. No complaints on the food. Tried-Island breeze smoothie, eggs Benedict, Piccolo. Loved it.

Quick and friendly service staff were attentive and the food was delish. I had the fish taco and my partner had the eggs bene with bacon. the Berry Banana smoothie and berrylicous shake were both flavorsome...we will definitely be back.

Nice place, good vibe, food was fine. There was no service to speak of unless I tried to hail someone down, which I had to do numerous times for water and wine and food and cutlery. Possibly a bit more staff training required? I'm not sure why you'd seat someone and not come back? Or pop the meals down and walk away when there was no cutlery for us to eat. All the in-between wait times trying to find someone to help just got a bit repetitive and a tad annoying.

All the dishes were good. Drinks were awesome. Good customer service. Good experience overall.

First time here and was so impressed with the menu so choosing was difficult! Luckily there was a group of us and we all got different orders so could taste more!

🚻 toilets ♿ Wheelchair accessible entry I have heard from friends this place is all round fantastic from food to service And they were right ✅ My daughter reserved a table for my birthday brunch 🤗 As we arrived lots of parking to be found The table reserved was a long wooden table fitting all of us in comfortably You can draw down the blinds if excess sun beaming through. The best part looking through the menu and receiving the prepared meals. Which didn't disappoint.
