Although I had a good mannered conversation. With one of the workers on the phone, when I got to the store they made me wait thinking someone has gone to get my stuff on hold for a good 10 minutes, when another worker saw me still standing and waiting for so long she went to have a look and found my item straight away, no one had me looking for my item!!! To make things worse the toy truck I had on hold, the whole windscreen was smashed in pieces and cracked in the box, which I had not noticed until after my 3 year old son and I ripped open the box. Bad experience and low quality item!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

The staff were mostly friendly, however the store was very dirty, very unorganised, had alot of stock missing off shelves for whatever reason which I can guarantee wasn't out of stock. It is the worst kmart store I've visited ever...

Good thing is open till midnight. Not very organised as the other kmarts. Customer service is not really good. Value for money.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of customer service at your Kmart Manukau branch. The staff member I interacted with exhibited a dismissive attitude, unwelcoming facial expressions, and, to my dismay, what appeared to be clear racial bias. This experience was not only unprofessional but also deeply troubling. I am appalled by the lack of respect and courtesy displayed. It is with great reluctance that I state, based on this encounter, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend your store to anyone. THIS IS THE WORST KMART IN NEWZEALAND

Yesterday evening (7/12/2023,approx 2030pm )I lost my wallet from newborn area ,Kmart ,Manukau,and somebody stolen it from there .I talked to manager on duty immediately and requested to check with security and CCTV cameras.Her response was really pathetic and declined to check the cameras . On the next hour I got message that somebody used my card in the Warehouse Manukau.If she was responsible and genuine to her job , I can caught the person from there itself. I checked everywhere I went and waited for 1hr for the team to check .The team response was poor and the negligence of their management.

Just like other Kmart stores, but, has more space, so it's quite good to shop around without feeling squashed when it's crowded.Unfortunately, it offers no toilet and the only public toilets next to Coffee Club was closed at 6 pm. Since other nearby shops are closed at this time, management should think of providing a safe toilet facility for its customers. It's a must.

So disappointed on my trip to the new Cavendish store, definitely no longer a family priced store. Shelf tickets rare, lots of ticket prices on clothes ripped off so they can charge higher price. Left my purchases at the self service after staff member walked past the flashing light and ignored me, knickers did have a ticket $2 less than the scanned price. Too many staff members with stock trolleys on the floor, I estimate I saw 25 plus of these and not one bothered to greet me or even make eye contact to increase the chances of me asking for help. Store has buckets to catch the rain inside the premises. Overall, little stock on shelves with prices displayed, the worst customer service ever. They won’t do anything about it because it’s all about the profit not the customer which is just getting worse every year. Employ cheap, mainly young staff who are too inexperienced to stand up to these Aussie/US bullies. Heads up Kmart, I’m going to the red shed.

We went to supa centre kmart today. Because of christmas season, also sunday; it was veryyyy busy. As usual heaps of products upside-down. But i must say, hats off to the staff working in such a busy environment. A lovely lady outside fitting room kept on doing her work, still had a smile on her face; and also was helping people around with their queries and online order pick ups. I was already exhausted by the time i reached payment counters; suddenly i heard another lovely staff FERILA (on name badge), waving and guiding us with a big smile. She even wished us good evening in so busy environment. I am so impressed. Thankyou kmart for giving us lovely staff service and good products. Really appreciate !!

Walked in and the door alarms turned on. Staff didn’t even say you can go ahead it’s fine. Came back after shopping Rude as hell staff at the front door scanning receipts. Learn some customer service. VAPASHNA. If you don’t like your job you should quit. Never coming to this branch again. Also never had sizes in stock

The Most Humiliated Shopping Experience ever!! We went to this shop Tuesday night and purchased couple of things about 30 bucks in total. We been stopped by a very rude security at the entrance, and be treated like a thief first time in my life, just because I did not take the receipt when checking out. Their rule is very simple, you cant take the item without receipt. I had to show my bank transaction history on my phone, and eventually got out from that place. Before you shop with Kmart, be very careful that you need to keep your receipt properly or you will be treated like a thief, and I can guarantee that receipt will be the most valuable goods you can get from this shop.

The new store had empty shelves, health and beauty was bare, the place is too cramped isles too close together people were bumping into each other and air con not on so everyone walking around sweating stinking of b.o after half an hour we gave up and had to get the hell out of there! I love kmart and products I just think this shop has not thought enough about the layout if stock it needs to keep up.

What happened? The manukau store is closed and borded up, but online shows you're open. Thanks for the warning before driving out here, kmart.

Store was unorganized, clothing department needs to be cleaned up. It was hard to find clothes due to size being mixed up and put on the wrong sized hangers. So annoying. The foyer was a mess, rubbish on the ground and no trolleys

Still cluttered in areas, not stocked like other stores. Need checkouts so they can do their job, we dont go to shop only to serve ourselves. Store needs a thorough tidy/clean and organising.

Kmart is a great place to shop for affordable products. But the queues are so long and built up, and so slow. I last visited Kmart and the queue went pass the mens, sports, pass toys and ended at babys clothes!!! Then some of the self-service checkouts are not available. Kmarts needs self checkouts down the front of entrance and exit as well or a better way!!!

Well lit up and staff greet you near the entrance and will help you with any enquiries you may have concerning where the items you are looking for are. Well set up wide aisles and boards showing what is in the aisles. Good range from clothing to jewelry just to name a few. Check out staff are very helpful and friendly while totaling up your purchases .

Update* New location and a lot more of everything, it gets super busy esp because of its reopening, I think I like the old set up though, it's what I'm use to, once the level of crowd dies down again I'll be able to explore more, thank you Manukau Team for the hard work in putting it all together and Restocking shelves over and over again esp😊 Sometimes the shelves are empty, and most of the time I can't find my size but you never walk out empty handed. Staff are helpful and easy to find. Location is great, heaps of parking.

One of the worst kmarts in auckland. There is no price tag on items at most places and staffs are not friendly at all. They are rude when you go at info desk to ask price. Stupid store.

I would like to give the most amazing review for Natasha who is the most helpfull lady ive ever had in customer service. Team Leader or Manager at Manukau. She just made my experience so much better. Thank you so much Natasha. Appreciate your service.

Lots of items but hardly any prices on anything. A constant line at the price scanners to get pricing. Gave up shopping after a few items, as didn't want to constantly find a price scanner. Polite staff. Lots of parking.

Weirdest Kmart I’ve visited. Very strange layout, tight small aisles, some aisles blocked so no good if shopping with a trolley. Also didn’t have lots of things I needed.

11/7/23:First time in new store. Amazingly only shopped in 1/2 of the store. Some items were very thin and needed restocking. Not crowded and not too long a wait to check out.

could do better with stock. Great security guards always welcoming. lovely staff. Just very unorganized sometimes.

Literally 80% of the items have no price or wrong price keep having to go to the scanner which is very inconvenient. Why can't staff pack the items with the correct labeled price.

It was OK. Good for the convenience for last minute stuff. I think the big signs of areas should be in a more bolder color to be seen easier. Also a store map would be helpful at entrance so you know which area you want to shop in.

Beautiful store and some excellent bargains. Nice layout with helpful staff. Such a large store to get around but well worth the effort. This is definitely the place for retail therapy. Plenty of parking as well.

There a wide choice in the new 24hr Branch. Check out time isn't bad either although it can get pretty crowded in the weekends.

Thank you Priya (KMART MANUKAU) for going out of your way and finding the Lego we we’re after, we visited multiple Kmarts & warehouse in Akl to find this specific one and after visiting Manukau twice we still couldn’t find it even though it said in stock online! You deserve to be recognised for your amazing customer service !! Lovely hardworking lady deserves a payrise !!!

Would give it zero stars if I could. Dont bother going here. Went to buy mens shorts the place is empty. A few tog shorts or active shorts but none of other types. Really empty. Honestly looks like its going to close down. The main things left were womens clothing and easter eggs. Save yourself the wasted effort and go to the warehouse or any other store. It was empty to the point the shelves are even being taken away.

Not a good experience for returning product. I went around 5am on 13.6.23 to return a kids bubble gun and staff told me you can return but not this time(5am) of the day, you can come back for return your product. At this point you can only replace your product. This is disappointing as a first time customer for new store. I specifically squeeze that time to return my faulty product. So not very happy.
