Can you guys please answer your phones? I understand that you may be short staffed but I have been calling for at least four hours a day for the past FOUR days!!!! Get it together!

AVOID LADY WITH SHORT BLONDE/BROWN HAIR!!!! I recently had a frustrating experience with the checkout service at this store, particularly due to the poor customer service provided by Maria, a member of the checkouts team. Throughout the entire transaction, Maria seemed disinterested and displayed a lack of professionalism. Her constant sighs and visibly annoyed expressions created an uncomfortable atmosphere, making me feel like I was inconveniencing her with my purchase. Furthermore, she couldn't refrain from making snarky comments while ringing up the items, adding an unwarranted layer of negativity to the interaction. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, and I believe Maria's skills in this area should be thoroughly reviewed to ensure a more pleasant shopping experience for customers in the future.

I enjoyed going to the Warehouse until tonight black friday shopping, a man who works there falsely accused us of stealing, without even showing a proof of ID, attempted to check my family friends bag, we stopped him and asked if he worked there he said yes. We asked him to take us to the front and check the bag with security present. After reaching the main entrance we told the security to turn the cameras on. 15 minutes out of our time to check the footage, the man continously kept pointing at the screen saying "behind there over there through here" where all that could be seen was a lady just looking around. We kept saying to check the bags check the footage and provide more evidence. I questioned if he even worked there as he was not in any uniform and apparently he did, he said "let me go upstairs and get the other men who saw from the cameras" I challenged him and said please do go. He ended up walking away, not towards the stairs to the upstairs office but walking towards where garden area is. Absolutely pathetic, and false accusations, showed nothing but racism. Brought tears to the ladies eyes, ended up regretting even walking in there. No evidence of anything but talks big. Ram raiders online have footage shown but no action taken against them.

Done a easter egg shopping for my family. Bill came to around $390 it seemed legit cause I had a trolley full. Was in a rush so just left. But when I got home to check my reciept, i was charged $51 extra 🫣 Ive been calling through for the last hour trying to speak to someone about it rather than take my kids in the rain to sort it out😒 but no answer. Why have a phone if you aint gonna answer it? Poor service. Called the warehouse 8 times no answer. 9th time, they answered it and put me on hold. Really?

Rude, untrained, grumpy and unfriendly customer service's counter staff. You should train better or hire people that knows how to deal with customer. Indian lady looks/sounds like she hates her life and work.

So many bargains and the first time visiting this store. Loved the grocery area and variety of cheap produce. Definitely will be a weekly visit now

We visited Warehouse Manukau branch as we faced some technical problem with new party speaker that we purchased from Mt Wellington store. The CS representative Candace who entertained us needs to be applauded for her approach, understanding of the warranty claimvprocedures and her overall dealing with the customer. She made us feel very welcome despite the fact that we weren't there on that day to boost up their sell 😀 Warehouse needs more prople like "Candace" to win hearts of the customers like us. Thanks Warehouse and especially Candace for dealing with my warranty claim very professionally.

Well they seem to be running out of stock no toilet paper wipes for a bit but there ok here I cme here really for 40 toilet roll pak nd $1.50 wipes lol bit slow at the one check out thats opened dnt gt that lotts of workers one counter opened self service is wat i use its faster if it's not busi xx

I did a shop at manukau warehouse tonight and I won't lie they lady that served we was very rude, as I approached her checkout, I greeted and she didn't say a word, she completely ignored me. Anyways as she scanned my things I tried to ask how her day was she seem to not bother. Sorry to say but I won't go back there again staff need to work on customer service and we more welcoming to customers

Went to buy mobile phone. Counter unattended, told to ring the bell once. The bells taped up so won’t emit any sound.I unwrapped the best tape. Rang the bell. Waited. Again. Waited. I’ve got other things to do than stand around and ring a bell that initially wouldn’t work.

Very nice store with late and nice store timings but Poorest customer service, 2 stars above is just for the store’s ambience.

Well known The Warehouse brand. All know what they do. This is a bigger store. Warehouse Extra. Enough parking. Served me good.

A $20 piece can add so kuch value to your house . Warehouse have even great place for deco recently.

Best security at the door out of all warehouses I've been too! No discrimination and just a genuine welcoming guy! Definitely old school and he's been there for awhile, no over the top mask checks when exemptions were required. A++++

Worst experience ever.. went to this brach after years as my go to is sylvia park branch which is awesome and professional.. had the most unprofessonal and worst experience.. i have emailed making a complaint as thats how bad it was.. am never going back to this branch again.. was a big mistake going here.. zero stars 👎

Brought a 40inch TV from here. The box was damaged but still put onto display ready to sell. Took it home opened the box and it was badly damaged. Took it back 2hours later and they tried to blame me about how I laid it out into my car and how I took it out of the box. They reviewed the surveillance cameras and the pixels on their camera are really REALLY poor. My phone camera can take better videos. You need to upgrade your cameras otherwise this will most likely happen to other people

I think Manukau staff today need to work on their attitude. Unfriendly. Of all customers walking in and out - I get Bag searched randomly???? No explanation and just a shrug afterwards. Do better.

None of the price check scanners were working but still bought the products as the prices were quite low as usual, really nice quality for the price I paid. But the lady working the self checkout was the best part, so fun and had tons of holiday spirit and really made the trip enjoyable by chatting with us at the checkout and making fun jokes.

Ngl the security worker sucks. He was rude towards my siblings after they were asking if they can return a game. Security started accusing them of stealing even though they showed the receipt. Which they did purchase around 5pm. I work in retail too and wouldn’t ever talk to a customer like that 😂 PMO. So hey Manukau warehouse fire your security guard please they ain’t worth the future complaints you’re gonna get. Stay blessed though. 😂😂😂

Some rude and unprofessional security staff. I accidentally didn't scan one of my four items and before I had taken my card out of payment machine a security member was over accusing me in a very vocal and public manner of stealing. A better approach would have been to ask me to double check had I paid for everything. When I calmly asked to speak to his manager aftter the incident, he ignored me and muttered some things under his breath. Will do my best to avoid warehouse. Cheap prices aren't worth being dragged through the gutter like that.

The WORST Warehouse ever, only because of the lazy and rude staff! Asked 5 different people and customer service, all said I'm busy ask some one else. None of them were busy, all just standing around pretending to fold clothes, or talking to other colleagues or just walking around. All rude and lazy

I’m disappointed warehouse manukau! I call to see if the item is actually in store but no answer so I drive all the way to store just to talk to a staff and she said it’s showing they have 6 on-site so when she went to the customer service to check they said they don’t have any, and I told them they need to update their online stock because I wasted my time and petrol to come in store just for it to not be in store. Update or bloody answer your phone that way it’ll save me the time and day🤦‍♀️

Pretty poor communication and service. Went in at 3:30 wanting to purchase a Exercycle. Nothing on the shelf so was told to go to customer service to get assistance. Spoke with service desk and waited 20 mins for another individual (who was very helpful) to come and assist me with locating the Exercycle. Waited another 5 mins and was told they were on high rise. That’s fine I told the team I’d come back the next day and would be notified when I could collect.

Bought a Samsung smart TV and unfortunately is absolutely useless for Rarotonga. Apps don't download and we have had no support as it doesn't work in our country. Thought it was a great brand obviously a waste of money. Wasted our baggage allowance and money.

ATD: Some of the things that really need to be brought to your attention are that this product is an edible product and proper food. I was amazed and lucky when I looked at the expiration dates on the packaging (it had already expired pretty much 4 months ago), and I don't know how it can be on manager clearance" even. This is a serious matter, and It can even literally make someone really sick. I don't know how your management is managing this "Manukau Warehouse Store."

Iv'e been to this warehouse a couple of times and the Security guard there is absolutely awesome, Im not sure of his name, he's a young tall person that wears a Vest he's mostly on the evening every time i have gone in. he's welcoming and assist's customers when it is pretty busy at the customer service counter, iv'e also seen him assist elderly customers with heavy products to there cars, I just wana say thank-you Manukau Warehouse for the lovley team of people you have there at your store an to every staff person that i have needed from a BIG thank-you.

Love the change in time to late night 12am, easy to go n shop after all work of day..as well love the huge parking no hassle of parking, good stuff, warehouse n kmart are 2 good places to buy stuff at reasonable prices

Went to get hair dye remover $32 um if you need this product go to countdown in the manukau mall $19 Why are you so expensive. Or could try another warehouse some warehouses are cheaper. I do like the staff members though. More then checkout need to be opened though as well not everyone likes using the self serve. Or at least make it to where you can use cash in them too not just card.

normally the warehouse is great and sometimes customer service is SOMETIMES good. but this checkout lady was SO rude i just asked her a question about the price and she went off and me so Maria is helpful yes i admit but her attitude when i questioned about a price was really rude and unprofessional!

Purchased a 50” Samsung TV from here about 2 weeks ago for when we moved into our new place - when I opened it and set it up to turn it on, screen was cracked - have been trying to contact the store for this amount of time, I’m a stay at home mum so coming to the store at a decent hour of the day isn’t possible. Every time I ring I never get to speak to anyone, the call is either hung up or rings through. Not happy.

brought the paneled, stronger queen bed airbed, not with outdoor basic, random staff member knew where it was, thank you

had an amazing time at the warehouse recently and just NEEDED to write a review. The lady stood with me at the counter for a good 15 minutes to help me with the vague description of the google chromecasts they were selling. She watched youtube videos with me and was patient and kind, telling me to take my time and mentioned several times she didn't want to lie to me about the product so she would stay with me until we knew the difference. I ended up leaving and getting the exact product I wanted without her lying to me just to get me to buy the more expensive product! She easily could've lied and I would've had no idea, but she didn't and that's something raiseworthy in my opinion. Whoever that worker is seriously needs a promotion.

Not good taking passport photos. Time waste. Passport Office rejected photo. They coudn't take new photo again because their camera was not working and refunded money back.
