Farmers need to investigate their security guard(Female) behaviour Why would she has to mucking around customers while shopping and treat kids like nothing while they are touching anything If our kids damage anything in your store we are responsible to pay for it and your security guard treat us like we are thieves there My wife still bought some lipsticks that time and i just existed your store after one minute of this incident and we are not coming back to your store for life Such a racial behaviour with customers by your security guard Customer service is always polite and helpful but farmers will lose their customers because of that female security guard I have had read other reviews and found your security guard judging people from their clothes.

Went in early to purchase Makeup from the beauty department. The lady in that department was absolutely lovely to deal with its my exit that I was particularly upset about. I knew I was being judged by what I looked like the clothes I wore Etc when 2x workers 1x of which was a security worker undercover (she made sure her Walky talky from the toy department was visible) As they waited at the bottom of the escalator i headed down they purposely blocked where I needed to get off. As I got closer they both scoped me I shook my Farmers bag at them with the receipt to which they shifted enough for me to move past it was disgusting behaviour. Why should I have to have to be made to feel like a criminal because of your stereotyping. People like that shouldn’t be working in retail rather a prison so your actions are actually justified.

Shopping at Farmers has always been fun and exciting, until today (27/10/2022). So I went through their tights and stockings section and couldn't find what I was looking for. There was a rack in the middle tho with all the open ones, I went through it all and found only one of what I was looking for, the problem was they look almost second hand because they are just sitting there on the rack with no wrappings. So I asked the customer service lady who was nearby whether they were still selling them, she responded yes. So I decided to still buy it since it's the only one I could find. That lovely lady took it and asked a cashier by the name of Saalcsui or Saaksui to price it for me. I joking asked smiling, so how much might that be? free? I didn't expect her to come back with a "what makes you think we will give you this for free? even us we don't get anything free. I said to her it was only a joke. She went ahead and told me that she had discounted it for me for $15. I said to her, that I would not pay that much for something that was already open, no wrapping, nothing to indicate to me exactly what brand, the thickness, the exact shade etc, of what I'm buying, but I was prepared to buy it at a fair price. She then proceed to call her Manager (Kay). Kay came and told me I can have it for $10. I asked her for the product's original price and she said it's $14.95. 'How RIDICULOUS'. I think Farmers should look into this kind of attitude and behavior whether they are fit for working there and as customer service. Saalcsui or Saaksui ( what ever her name is) is not a good fit and she should be fired before you loose any more customers.

I like to have a browse in the kitchen department, and because I need to use a walker, they have unfortunately made it harder for me to get around the department now; as they have installed large security cupboards. This is not easy for customers who require walkers or wheelchairs.

May 2023 FARMERS stores have been in business for decades, offering a great range of products at competitive prices. Having been in this store many time before, it's great to see that it is always clean and the staff are pleasant too.

It's bright, clean, and tidy. Prices are always better in their frequent sales.

First time shopper Manukau mall. Was pleasantly surprised & must comment on smart layout of the shop when entering. Easy to find mens section. Good mens selection & helpful staff. That's me. Will return.👍.

2 friends had breakfast with me at lovely Esquires located by Farmers clean, great service fresh servings and not long to wait

Honestly only passed through the store . I did have a question which was answered immediately and pleasantly. So certainly could not be happier to return again.

Loved it. The staff where amazing and put up with me trying on multiple sizes. .the result was over $1500 of clothing and fragrances purchased. The two ladies in the menswear and the one at the door with the fragrances were top notch. Loved the range of men's clothing and the range of both styles and sizes I will shopping again.

I had bought a product from Sylvia Park and took it to Manukau as this was open and I didn’t realise until I got home. The lady at Manukau told me I needed yo go back to Silvia Park and that since covid they have policy.All I wanted was an exchange of a new product. When I challenged her that if that is the policy then perhaps this needs to fixed at the bottom of the receipt.With her rude attitude she goes on to tell me that she will do that as a one-off as I proceeded to speak with a manager. Our community can barely make it to the nearest store and if Farmers has any rule as such this would be a thoughtless decision made without keeping the community at forefront!

Well laid out store, very helpful staff and fabulous ranges of products. Road access into the store was easy, parking was a breeze in a large shopping centre area. Prices are creeping up considerably but so are a lot of others I guess - still $89 for simple tights/Ponte pants is definitely stretching it...

Great department store for all you needs. Friendly and helpful staff. Always recommend going during a sale to make your dollar go further. Red dot is always the best.

I came in for a click and collect order and the staff were really helpful. Friendly and easy to deal with. No issues at all.

Very well stocked with some nice choices in fashion and good prices on certain cosmetics and clothing. The shop assistants are very helpful. Car parking can be a challenge but plenty of it if you get there early. Overall a pretty nice shopping experience.

Called into Farmers Manukau and what a wonderful experience it was. Purchased a microwave and kettle from their advertised sale specials and received the most warm and helpful customer service rep "Eleta" who had a beautiful yellow flower in her ear. She helped get a trolley and did the sales transaction for me all the time with the biggest warmest smile on her face. I couldn't ask for better service and will remember her face and name. She made my shopping experience memorable. Thank you Eleta xxxxx

Found what I wanted & even better twas on special. Was nice to be in this store again after many years as I barely shop with Farmers.

Two separate occasions I have gone in store to try and book makeup through Revlon counter. Both times no one manning the counter. Both times have left my number with checkout staff, both times no one calls back. Absolutely terrible service!!!

Did enjoy this shop. Everything easy to see and find. This will be my go to shop for Farmers from now on. Staff very helpful

I always enjoy shopping at Farmers Manukau. Farmers Manukau is located inside Westfield Shopping Mall. There is a lot of parking available but sometimes you have to look for one especially when it is busy. The parking vehicle is only for 2 hours, so be careful. The parking warden will mark your tyres with chalk every hour. Farmers Manukau do have a lot of merchandise to offer.

Everything good but I need to ask again and again for each tester. I like to try many perfumes then decide . In Tauranga they have tester with each display . I prefer to go to pharmacy for perfume because they have all type of testers on shelf

I didn’t expect farmers too be that unprofessional, I applied for a job and went through for the interview I was waiting for more then a week but got no response even after emailing. I went to the department and asked one of the staff there If I’ve been accepted, the lady was very unprofessional and said “oh it’s been declined maybe” I’m happy I didn’t go through with that company to work for them it’s a headache from the beginning.

Should train Movin more on the Consumer Guarantee Act. I was returning a faulty product and she’s telling me to go back to the same store because manukau would be losing money if she completed the return. I explained it’s faulty and it says on the receipt to bring back into store for a refund or giftcard. She had the audacity to sigh loudly and said she’ll ask her manager. After a long process they agreed on giving me a gift card then just refunded me cash?!? Such rude service.

Extremely helpful , friendly and knowledgeable service by staff named Movin , she was excellent in her service. I really recommend her if u need cosmetic, facial stuff shopping advice.

They offer a lot of goodies here from home furniture to accessories, kids, women and men's retail therapy, they've got you covered. I like to shop here for gift items like candles and diffusers as well. They also offer gift packs on the go. Good price for the quality you're getting. They also have items that you can grab for a bargain! Staff are also friendly to help you in whatever you're looking for. Wide parking space outside, too.

My experience here wasn't that great, trying to find an actual worker to ask where the changing rooms were for starters and then when I did find someone I asked for a smaller size then the one I had and she said there were none but as I was walking out of the store I found some, gosh lady you don't even know your layout of your store oh and to top it off they didn't take the tag off the jeans that I did bye and paid for what the actual!!!!!! Certainly not a great experience that you would expect from Farmers or so I thought.

Short staff in the perfumes section then she charged me $8 to wrap my gifts. Didn't hear what she said until we came back to the car & my son told me expected at this time of the year

Small Appliance area - staff serving staff making customers wait, then the staff member kept changing her mind with products and going to get a different one. I'm sure staff can be served any other time not when there are customers waiting, especially during this busy season.

The staff downstairs counter not so helpful when I enquired about a toy displayed. I was told thats the last one instore. Didn't check on computer and then I was told to go to Botany or other farmers stores they might have some.. Customer service from the 2 young girls very poor. Don't recommend this store if they're hiring staff like these.

It was okay till they charge me extra $50 on a box of knives that actually says $299... so i paid 350 instead. Just to be sure to check your shopping. Got my 50 back in the end

I went to life pharmacy and farmers to buy cosmetics..non of the sales person was nice all arrogant! Life pharmacy refuses give me any samples & farmers cosmetics sales person just arrogant! If you want to buy any cosmetics don't come here! You will be disappointed! I definitely wouldn't come back here myself again!!☹️☹️☹️

A little pricey but they do sell a range of quality goods. I love the ImPRESS nails I bought. Not dollar shop nails, but a beautiful, long-wearing manicure. 🙂
