    Shop floor staff were not very attentive. I entered the store, found what I was looking for, searched and found in two different spots the accessories I wanted then stood for another minute or two before I was able to spot a staff member and indicate I needed their help. Their help was to unlock the cabinet which was all the help offered. Since it was a camera I was buying I was surprised I wasn't asked if I needed any memory cards, bags etc - just the overpriced extended warranty. The price was great and store was well organised and presented. Updated review to one star, and the one star is for the one staff member who actually did their job. Four months later and its worse. Staff standing around too busy playing on their phones to notice customers. The guys behind the counter all scattered when I walked up to it leaving what seemed to be a new staff member alone. Order online and pick up or get delivery - save time and aggravation.

    The service was good at the beginning, quite attentive but I wasn't sure if it was just because they were judging my appearance. I tried to buy a phone from here (one that was on display) and the worker told me they didn't have it in stock which is fine by me. I then asked if I'd be able to purchase the phone beside it which was obviously different, to which he proceeded to tell me that it was also 'sold out'. Why have your phones on display if you apparently don't have them in stock? Correct your labels or at least have the decency to write a short note beside the phone saying 'out of stock'. Otherwise I'm just going to assume this is discrimination and your employee just didn't want to sell me the phone because of the unrelated judgements he must have for me. Thanks.

    Thank you Lim for the professional service today. You were the only staff member that really paid attention and showed patience and professionalism without being too sales focused.. but customer focused, which is quite hard to find at your Manukau branch.

    The Afghan sales guy (must be refugee) was just mucking around but refused to cooperate and answer my questions. Not going there as their customer service is classless. To that Sales guy you better move on benefits.

    Went to look at Navmans for our mobile home. I know I'm no expert, but I did not appreciate being made to feel stupid, and be belittled. We asked for any information as the replies we where getting where sarcastic, and I was getting annoyed. He did not open the locked cupboard for us to see, just stood leaning on the shelf beside the cupboard and said the one on the end, ok which end left ir right and which shelf. He basically told us to go onto the website and all the information was there.. this is the 2nd time we have been to noel leeming and left not happy, the other one was pukekohe, that time I phoned my son and he took me to harvey norman and helped me buy what I was looking for. No point going back

    Sold me a brand new Samsung phone faulty from the factory and refuse to replace it. Made me wait 6 weeks to repair it while I had no phone. This is a $,2000 phone too. Absolutely useless

    Worst customer service ever seen. Purchased soundbar system worth of $1400, didn’t meet our expectations, we packed and returned on 10th day. We will get refund within 14days if the product is in original condition,Floor manager Hitesh refused to refund the money. He is offered gift voucher of exchange, even though there is refund option. Actually we are after for refund as this is quite expensive. We spoke customer service, they advised to go to some other store, we checked with botany store, they said, if you are returning the product within 14 days, you will get your full money back. This is unfair. But Hitesh, simply refused and given unacceptable excuses. We paid our hard easy money $1400 and have to adjust with this unhappy product lifetime.Worst customer service and never expected from a floor manager.

    I bought my Samsung cooktop two week ago in Manukau Noel Leeming Supa Centre, it is unexpected powerful and water boiling in less than two minutes, as water flow out and got inside control panel, cooktop won’t turn on again. To speed up the progress in repair and save money from call out fee, I drop it off to Samsung Service Centre myself, they told me will take around 2-3 weeks to fix, a salesman who served me buying the cooktop in Noel Leeming called me and follow up this for me, then ended up I got my cooktop fixed in 8 working days. I am so appreciated, very helpful and friendly staff, excellent after sale customer service.

    No rating, worst customer service . If you buy any item from super centa Noel leeming, didn’t meet your expectation’s ,and you need to return, they will simply refused to refund/ exchange.they won’t accept it.Even there invoice says exchange/ refund .

    Experienced the rudest, most unprofessional service I’ve ever had from a staff member in Noel Leeming today. And I’ve been to MOST stores in the country… Basically came over to me looking for a fight.. Told me I could not purchase particular items as they were “blocked” but did not explain what that meant. Refused to price match on an item that other stores did. I will be escalating this to regional manager and higher if need be. “Floor manager” (3IC), Hitesh, you should be ashamed of yourself.

    Staff are super helpful and most of them are pretty happy, which makes my every time shopping there cheerful. Keep an eye on every public holiday, the price normally is really good then.

    Customer service was ok, we were getting neglected by staff we had go on counter and find someone to help us out with tv and didnt get proper documents either after buying, had to pick up tv after 2 to 3 days but we were not given any documents and when i sent my brother to pick up they were making fuss send the person who bought it 😞 but husband doesnt finish work till 6pm .. we had to wait till Thursday when store open for long hours. 😤

    A large store. Went there to pick up a parcel and was attended to very promptly by smiling staff. The store appeared easy to move around with plenty of room in aisles. Will be back myself to browse and shop.

    Good luck if you need something repaired under warranty. Two weeks and two phone calls and no progress made. Took them a week to send it to repairers only to find they sent it to the wrong place. Super rude staff who made out I was an inconvenience to jer day.

    The warranty repair/replacement process from this store has been the worst I have ever experienced. Trying to get my new washing machine fixed has taken months ever time it has broken down. I have spoken with the call centre who have been fantastic but no one at the store answers their calls or mine I would have tried calling no less than 20 times over 3 days to several extensions and have yet to speak to some one at the Manukau store. Josh and the team are completely useless. I would give them less than a 1 star review if I could. As of now my washing machine is still broken with no end in sight.

    Went into this store looking for a laptop for studies, I was approached by one of the workers who walk around electricals assisting customers. He asked me if I needed help. I said yes im looling for a laptop for studying, could you recommend any in particular and he points to an area, tells me to choose and walks away. Honestly, shouldve been a security gaurd stand there and look the part for nothing.

    My experience of buying Apple Watch didn’t start in the best way as the product that i received had been fully opened before hand, even the safety seal was broken but i only noticed it when i reached home same evening. I called customer care the next morning and Lousia (i think her name is) was so helpful and understood my situation. I then went back to store and Debbie helped me out. She was super helpful and even made a few calls to other store where i could exchange my product the same day. Debbie provided me with the managers name and explained them everything beforehand so I would have no issues at the time of exchange. I do really appreciate her going out of the way to help me out. The staff at both stores (Debbie and Taia) were so helpful and apologetic for the error. I would definitely use them again.

    Instore shopping is a nightmare. All sales agents always look busy and the other way. Always a wait at the counter as while other staff float about, the usually one check out operator has to bear it all. Poor management. Usually do click and collect here and even that is alway a wait. Wonder why over the years the same inefficiencies at this store. Royal Oak, CBD and Henderson stores are so much better in terms of customer service experience - gave up waiting last week here for a few items and it wasn't even that busy, went to PB tech down the road instead who were so helpful.

    Some staff is quite rude. No customer service. Although there was a Manager who was quite attentive and polite and a lady from the mobile department. But just surprised how the other staff had a “don’t care” attitude towards customers.

    They had what I wanted, I purchased it for click and collect and was able to collect it pretty much hassle free. The store is great but Manukau Supa Center is pretty dire. Didn't want to stay there longer than I needed to.

    He didn't really know what he was doing he wouldn't transfer everything from my old phone over to the new phone said we needed the tech people to do and it was going to cost me for them to do it. Which is actually ridiculous. We went down the road to Vodafone and she did it in 20 minutes to tranfer everything out of one phone to the new one what a joke Noel leemings

    Worst customer service experience. The sales team member Mandeep is not trustworthy, don't let him serve you because he make false commitments with customers, only for sake of his sale entry. Along with that store manager, he was the worst unprofessional manager I have ever seen in my life he doesn't have etiquette of a manager, how to deal with customers. I booked a samsung mobile 2 weeks ago and paid $2500 straight away. They promise me that phone gonna come in stock within a week, there was a free watch with phone. Phone hasn't come yet in stock and watch as well. Store manager is rude person, he even ripoff balloon from my daughter. Stupid man I will not recommend anyone to visit noel lemming manukau Supa centa store, otherwise they gonna make you fool with their inadequate behaviors.

    Amazing service from Jignesh, if there’s one go to person go and ask Jignesh for help. He had helped me and my partner looking for a fridge and was very patient with us through the whole process. Showing us every fridge with the benefits and different models and it’s longevity. Thank-you Jignesh and overall the staff are friendly and welcoming. If you give them 1 star, that’s if you come at the wrong time. Weekends is full on, go during the week if you’re wanting that one on one service😊

    Varsha Patel When you visit the shop there is a superstar Sales assistant Jignesh . My mother and I brought many items from him his knowledge and customer care is outstanding . With Covid etc. and a new build he has stored our items . He has gone above the call of duty to assist me anytime with questions and concerns . So when you walk into this store ask for Jignesh please your shopping experience will be 10/10. I would also like to thank H4 Noel Leeming delivery young men Jay and Tevita . Prompt great phone exchange re: delivery times . Arrived early great install and when I found out Noel Leeming has a place to collect polystyrene great to know not going into landfill . I look forward to making further purchases with Jignesh .

    I purchased a Samsung pods from this place which were faulty. I went back with them within seven days of purchase and I have been asked to take back repaired pods when I paid for brand new and I was under 7 days return policy.please beware of deceiving sale's agents who try to sell insurance to you by not disclosure of terms and conditions.

    I went to pick up a fly buy gift that I had ordered, it's good to go in the week, lots off people to help, I wanted a clothes dryer, that had a heat pump ect, I'm very happy with My choice, Deepac knows his stuff, I might have mentioned before, I'm a speed shopper. Very good experience.
