    I'd placed a click and collect order and went in to collect at the counter. It was very busy and after checking my order I noticed that one item was missing. One staff member was serving at the counter by herself with a few people waiting behind me. Meanwhile, two staff members (one called Garry) were having a casual conversation on the shop floor and completely oblivious to the situation. The poor lady at the counter serving by herself said that they were managers and implied that they wouldn't be able or willing to help. So I called out to them for assistance and I don't think Garry and his female staff member were too pleased - well mate too bad! When discussing with him what was missing there was some initial confusion as to whether or not I would be charged for the missing item (he couldn't give me confirmation), Garry's reply was that if I was charged I could apply for a refund - that was not was tenable for me. I could sense some animosity from him considering I'd just called them both out in front of others but that's neither here nor there. They managed to find my missing item out back but what was quite sad was behind me an elderly gentleman was finally being served by the female employee who was previously chatting with Garry, and I heard this poor gentleman say quite loudly "I need some help". I think we could have all had a bit of help in a timely manner from Garry and the unknown female employee if they had been a bit more mindful of others, especially their staff considering they are in a managerial position. Not a very good look to customers if staff are having a casual conversation while we're all fuming at the counter waiting to be served. Judging by the reviews at this joint it would be interesting to see if any positive changes would be made hmmmmm?...

    I would give 0 stars for their customer service and product knowledge. Had to look around for staff to help and once found one, she said to go up to counter and ask them for the desk we were after. Went to the girl at the counter and she said she can’t help and had to see this other guy because he works in furniture. My question: if that guy works in furniture then what was he doing on the counter serving customers while this girl was on the phone. There were about 6 other customer in line and only one staff serving. Finally when this guy came to help us, he had no idea about the products, kept going back to the computer and phone to search for products. We then asked him to give us another item which he went back to the counter to check and there he started serving other customers. We are sitting here waiting to be served and it’s been about 10mins since he left us unattended and started serving on the counter. I work in retail and the customer service I got here today is shocking. TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER

    Under staff. Had to wait more than an hour to get some print outs. Photo service is not available most of the time. People in the counter doesnt care about people waiting. Must be improved. Worst experience.

    Had to wait for so long to get some attention.. even on payment counter we did ask if can get our some documents which they will be able To do it .. response was go ask them .. went to three different staff to ask .. response was go ask them.. there was no customer service skills ., they made eye contact but didnt bother to ask if we need help.. it was not that busy either 😞😖

    Well stocked and well laid out store. The only letdown is the very poor customer service especially at the print desk. There's usually a very long queue here with extremely slow staff. Staff are bit abrupt and not too helpful at times.

    Bad customer service 😠😠 Stood in line for 30mins & not once got served, other customers that came in after me got served first...so wont be coming back here if this is the carry on gave you guys 30+ mins of my time wasted. So thanks for nothing Manukau Warehouse Stationary had a blast for wasting my time. 😠😠😠

    20 minutes waiting period for 1 photo print. The staff is very slow and not very proactive. The shop on the other hand has all the stationary you need and office furniture as well. Not a great place to buy laptops or mobiles here as they are extremely expensive compare to other shops. So do look around if you want to buy something electronic

    The lines are so long. The guy printing my photos told me it would be a 30 min wait so I said I’ll come back the next day. I went around 4pm the next day to find out that he had forgotten to print it. Waited for 20 minutes for him to tell me “oh sorry I forgot you were standing there” and handed me my photos. I then realized one photo was missing. I think his name was Kyle

    This branch has the worse customer service. Got told one thing, came back 10days later to pickup damaged product, NO! I was misinformed by staff from first visit. Nothing done, longer wait now. Horrific services. Training staff will help. Unhappy!

    Urgently needed to print some passport photos. This store is out of photo paper at the moment and don't do express photo printing. I have spent 10 minutes waiting in line to find out if they know of any nearby warehouse stationary stores who might have photo paper at the moment before giving up, as the line wasn't mooving. I've tried to call 3 nearby stores - Sylvia Park, Airport and East Tamaki - none of them answer their phones. It's not often that I feel compelled to give a 1 star review - but this case definitly warrants it. Customer service is definitly one way that you either win or loose customers. Will be staying away from WS from now onwards.

    0 customer service at print and copy station. I waited in line for 15 minutes. When it came to my turn I was completely ignored while the server went to the back and started working on other orders. After 10 minutes another sales worker served me. I wanted a quote for copying and binding as soon as I said the word “binding” I was met with “oh our binding machine is broken!” I then answered its not for today I just need a quote for 30 books to be printed and binded. “Oh it’s all on our website!” I then asked for a proper quote on paper for 30 pages - she did not listen to what I wanted. Didn’t even offer what type of quality paper was available ie 100gsm - when asked to see wire binders she said we have nothing! I was given a written quote on a post it note - so unprofessional - very disappointing:-(

    Such a long queue at the printing and photo section. Saw staffs munking around here and there and other 2 staffs standing on the counter on the other side but not helping customers 🙄. Pathetic service was my first time and last time here.

    Employees lack professionalism, particularly the floor manager who was exceedingly arrogant. I went there for take passport size photo my baby. I asked the staff about service before joining the queue, and it took me an hour to get to the desk. Upon arriving, the floor supervisor informed me that I would need to wait for an additional thirty minutes. If not, check at another store.

    Still in line for over 30 minutes. Staffs are so inexperience slow and omg put some spark in you people. One staff working and not calling for help.. Don't come here if you're in a hurry

    DO NOT GO THERE! Honestly … a long queue & 1 worker. There was another one refilling stock so I went over & asked her to come help serve the queue instead which she agreed too indicating, they ARE trained to do the job, just management arent onto it with allocating appropriate numbers to where the help is needed. You’re just as bad as Vodafones customer service!

    Love coming here. Always get printing done. One time i passed my coffee to my bro so i could pay and bro spilt coffee. The guy told us dont worry that he will take care of it. They have great display of items. Bought my desk here too. (4 months later…) just side note - please communicate the reasons why someone behind another costumer was allowed to go in front of someone else? The person who was in charge of printing, served a lady behind me first. He didn’t explain. He just called her out to service her. Then when he serviced me he commented that what I needed was quick. I think he assumed that the ladies needs behind me was more urgent than mine? However, basic common rule is first come first serve…. - there needs to be some more effort to communicate what’s going on to avoid confusion. I didn’t make it a big deal in person. Rather, noting it here. Just didn’t feel right!

    Waste of time going there, waiting for 20 min and asked CS to get someone and she is fixing fan for someone and saying we are too busy. She said i am not going to page again and i am too busy. What a CS staff on front at 5pm on 18 Dec.

    I decided to do a click and collect order here, I noticed my number was wrong so I called to check in on my order myself. I called 12 times across the day and no one answered the phone. I’m not sure why they have one at this point

    This is for the service I received at their print and copy by Edu. She was absolutely wonderful, the lines were long( no her fault with 2 staff in), but after she gently and professionally helps you......you feel great!

    Useless staff, poor customer service , one staff had no idea how to order stamps online or even printing out documentation using the computer lol they always ask each other how to do this and how to do that?? Blah blah blah and have to wait for almost an hour. They shouldn't be on floor if they don't know what they are doing.

    The new store has a lot less stationery. Very disappointing. Won't be back. That together with Whitcoulls closing in the mall means Manukau is poorly served for stationery. More driving!!

    My experience limits to online priniting 'click and collect' had 4 times ordering online and pick up during level 3. Absolutely amazing experience. The printing cost (black and white) is very reasonable. The online software works very smoothly. The customer service is perfect even when I tried to modify an already submitted order. The quality of the papers and the prints are superb. The processing time is incredibly fast. I highly recommend you try out this service...

    Incompetent staff. Five staff standing around, laughing and having conversations behind the counter, while customers are asked to wait 25 to 30mins. I went to Warehouse Stationary within half an hour of opening to avoid the wait time. Nonetheless, waited 30mins to collect photos only to be told there is additional wait as they had forgotten to start the prinitng process. Lack of accountability, urgency and customer service skills. MANAGEMENT! READ THE REVIEWS. YOUR STAFF NEED TO PULL THEIR WEIGHT.

    First time in this branch for something SIMPLE like a photo print using Kioski. WORST customer service from Hick (store person) made out like he knew what he was doing. Only helped us (another lady was next to me who left after 10-15 minutes waiting) a few seconds then went away came back a few minutes after to a lady of his culture, talked to her in his language stood there and helped her the whole time and she was done and here I was still waiting. By the time he got to me it was already almost an hour of me being there. Only to realised I just waisted time and he didn't know how to recover my project for printing. He THEN said he didn't know but would get someone to help me 🤦. Seriously make a HUGE difference to JUST say that the first time. Or stand there and help us. Also the little space where all the computer's for printing is situated is SO squished it's not even funny you can barely see ANYONE sitting there 🤦. SO appalled at my experience with this stationary store. Please teach your colleague to be honest, aware and fair. Because IT IS a bad look on your store 💯.

    Very poor and very slow service. 5 counters and they only use 2 or 3. Rest of the staff roam around doing absolutely nothing and lines are so long!!. Very poor management too. Should have a process to speed this up as not everyone has the time and the day to spend standing in line. I was served by an Indian and then she stopped serving me
